Very rude yesterday!!! When I came in the store, I was followed by a young girl while I was looking at the jewelry. She knew NOTHING about it. What length the chains were or what the metal was?? I asked if I could return it if it didn’t fit she said yes. When I went to the cashier ( manager)Unprofessional and she said NO RETURNS!!! Unfriendly atmosphere, felt not welcomed to be there. Happy with my purchase, however I won’t go back due to the treatment of the staff.
Prices changed tremendously. They are much higher now. The price was on the product lower than it rung up and the owner who ring up everything refused to honor it. I won't be returning!!! I ecosystem to pay the lowered price, THEY MARKED!!!
My daughters love this store. They find everything they need when we go here.
The group of young ladies who were working that day were friendly. The one who helped me knows her products well.
The lady at the front big black girl is so rude she does not speak to customers don’t want to help you with anything truly rude and horrible customer service skill she need to be put in the back like the rude dog she is

You have great customer service before I can say what I would like the Esmay they greeted me at the door which was very welcome I was surprised and felt very comfortable I got received everything that I need to get a plus and show me about different things that I also can purchase at any time and how much it was
