I have been a patron of the award winning salon, Extreme Tan Do It Big, for years now. The owner and staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She mixes lotions with bronzers for face and body that are AMAZING! The beds are top quality and new bulbs are always being put in. Bronzing and Redding beds are all phenomenal. Bed 3 has the best ergonomics in the acrylic making it super comfortable to turn easily so I don’t have any white creases anywhere and no red spot or burn on my tailbone. And cool face tanner in that bed as well. Really great for claustrophobia!! With great prices/specials and a relaxed atmosphere there is no better place to get a great tan in Pittsburgh!! These girls really DO IT BIG!!!

This is the best salon I've ever been to and that's coming from someone who's worked in a tanning salon for 5 years. The bulbs are so strong I notice a difference as soon as I come out. The lotions are also very inexpensive. They're less than what I used to pay with my employee discount at the salon I used to work at. The salon is so cute. I like that there's an AC in each room and the lights on the beds look really cool. Everyone that works there is also super nice. I'm absolutely obsessed! I love it there!

Friendly staff. Have not had a long wait time no matter what time I went. Obviously some times are busier but they give you a heads up on time. They have a GREAT leg Tanner that I love and it works great. Prices are reasonable as well and have deals going on as well.
I've been going for two years now! I'm fair skin & the ladies know how to get me color , nice color too and it's right away. Best lotions from the best brands. Hot bulbs. Always new bulbs half way through its life .. not long wait times , they move along fast . Enough beds that tan you evenly. ..
I'll say it ... its not like "Cabana tan" where stuff is broke and light bulbs for 20 minutes does nothing.
Xtreme truly cares about their guest . Ladies are always nice and welcoming .
