I NOW HAVE FUNGUS AFTER USING THIS PLACE TWICE FOR PEDICURE. Nikki did both pedicures the first one was ok I went again due to the place being close to me, Nikki did my feet again and she cut me too low as well as she scrub my heel too much I had rub burn now I’m noticing I have fungus in my two big toes I did mistakenly not take notice to the things she’s used on my feet which was a terrible mistake.they like to use the drill to get the gel off which should be soaked off but I get they want to get you in and out but I’m pretty sure after reading other reviews they haven’t changed those drill bits in a while now my toes nails are getting ate up by the fungus I’m furious and will be calling to see what else can be done this is disgusting and I will never be going back there please run from this place they ruined my perfect toes
I've been a patron at this salon for years and have sent plenty of my clients to them. This evening, I had an appointment for 6pm which I called to try to move earlier if the nail tech had cancelations. I lefty number for them to let me know if any5hinf changed but she wasn't available. This appointment was booked a few weeks ago as I have travel plans in the morning. I walk in 20 minutes early for my appointment and I'm met with the "manager" who tells me my tech is too tired to do my nails because she's jelagged. I'm sorry, I'm in the beauty business too and you should know to give yourself a few days to rest for jetlag but secondly, who does that?!?!? I informed her I couldn't come back, im flying out in the morning. They proceed to do my sister's pedicure. She didn't have an appointment and never clarified who's doing mine. So of course I'm prepared to let whoever is available do my toes. The manager walks back over to let the girl who is doing my sister's toes know that she'll be doing my toes but it was very clear she didn't want to do it. The manager just turns and walks away. Never an apology, another option or explanation. As I walk up to pay for my sister's pedicure. I let her know she didn't want to do it and she responded with a shrug. Well, Here's my shrug. You dont have to worry about seeing me ever again!
This was my first time at this nail salon. Mike did my acrylic fill in and shaping and he did a really nice job. He shaped them the way I wanted and kept the length I wanted without even asking. He is also superrrr quick and I was in and out within an hour. He’s polite and friendly but doesn’t talk too much which j appreciate because I like quiet when I’m getting my nails done. It’s hard to find technicians who file your nails perfectly and don’t make the acrylic too think, but I think I found my nail salon. It’s also really spacious inside and they have a lot of gel colors. I’d give this place a try, and ask for Mike!
It was a great experience. QUICK EFFICIENT AND inexpensive, these are my vacation nails, they are almost a month old and they still look great... The staff here is very friendly and helpful!!! I do Gel nails......they are durable and really last.
The woman cut my big toe nails so short that now they hurt and I'm worried it may be infected. Also, she would not stop talking to other workers for the first half. Impossible to relax and enjoy. And the lady at the front desk was miserable and has zero customer service skills. Only good thing about this place was the message chair.
My dip powder manicure was disappointing. Sloppy. Uneven. Rushed. They did take me on very short notice so in fairness I will consider making an appointment and giving them another chance, but I did not leave happy with it and I had to file the acrylic to shape when I got home, so it looks bad. Nice people, but not worth the money I paid.
My pedicure was great though. I will definitely go back for that service.
extremely unprofessional will never go back there ever again!!! Person doing the pedicure had a full-blown conversation with someone who is also employed there sitting in the seat adjacent to me . On her phone, constantly trying to upgrade to a spa pedicure actually said if you had a spa pedicure you could relax better. I don’t think so! maybe if she would just stop having personal interactions while doing her job.
Could be cleaner (might just be the decor that makes the place look outdated- but regardless gets the job done!)
Sandra & Hannah are the best for dip powder on nails!!
Long lee is the best for acrylics!!
Rosa is the best with pedicures- although she aggressively tries to upgrade your service even after saying no.
