literally The WORST customer care I’ve ever experienced in a nail salon.
i waited 1 HOUR for a nail clip fix - they wanted to refuse replacing the nail and instead file it down where the chip would have remained and not been fixed at all.
after asking many times for one replacement acrylic, they made me wait a whole hour to get to me!
ontop of the wait, the male owner yelled at me infromt of a room full of customers telling me what i can and cannot do.
WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING APPOINTMENT. cheaper places who do a better quality job, too! WAY OVER PRICED
I went in with a couple of friends and two of us left bleeding. I didn’t find them rude necessarily, just indifferent, but this was hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had. All of the spa parts were rushed and harsh but mostly she cut my cuticles so much they bled. A lot. She acted like nothing happened and just painted over it. Definitely do not recommend!
I had an exceptional time here today!! I have only been to a nail salon one other time and it was to this same place!! That took such great care of me and are very flexible.
Unfortunately while I was getting my nails done, a potentially drunk woman who was super entitled came in and just started yelling at the owners. I would happily defend this family because they don’t deserve that and that’s not how you treat a service when it closing time.
Much love for wonder nails, can’t wait to go back in a few weeks.
Very quite staff, it’s almost awkwardly quite. They don’t even talk to each other. But they do good work. The male nail tech is very precise and efficient, I love the shape of my nails and he fixed the mess the last nail salon did. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job, I could tell she was detail attentive. My big toe hurt for about 3-4 days on the inside which is why I have 4 stars. It’s like she dug into the side of my nail too much, it got inflamed, possibly infected. But it’s better now.
Took my 17 y.o. daughter for a Shellac Manicure and they did a shoddy job of it. There is polish all over fingers and it just looks terrible. Very unhappy that my daughter was treated such a way! This Shellac Manicure cost extra because the ring fingers were "holographic" too. Pictures taken day of manicure and it looks weeks old already.
Julie is always very accommodating and does a wonderful job with my natural nails. This pic is about 3 weeks after getting my nails done, so there's a lot of grow out but still pretty. Pale, natural pink and a black hand painted flower.
I love them first time and I am picky (REALLYPICKY!!!) The best part so is a gentleman named Danny he's the owner of the shop I chose to do pink and white very hesitantly and all I have to say is he has freaking Amazing Seven Stars all the way!!!!!

Really wonderful and precise service! They take pride in their work and it shows!!! Can't wait to come back. I've tried a lot of local shops and this has been the best quality work I've had so far.
