The person who cut my hair today did a good job cutting it but.... she was not very friendly and did not appear very helpful to her co-worker who appeared to be new. When the co-worker asked her a question, her answers were short and not in a friendly manner. She also talked about a customer who left after getting a haircut and said atleast she did not try to tell us how to do our job. She was a very negative and unhappy person. I like the prices at Wonder Cuts and overall the hair cut is good but I may leave before having to sit in her chair again. What a negative and unhappy person she is.

Unable to use because they closed 20 minutes early. Drove 20 minutes out my way to get here and lady was counting her draw to leave. Won't be back here.

I had a bad experience at this location before but decided to give it another chance today due to desperation. Lady working was extremely rude and went off on a rant about being the only one working all day and being from another store. I was understanding since we rushed in with my son about 15 minutes before close but she continued on her rude rant without me even opening my mouth. I didnt say a word or roll my eyes. Just walked out while she continued ranting. We left and will not be back. My son even asked why she was so rude.

Went in to get my daughters hair cut and thinned. The two ladies working there were so incredibly rude. I’ve never experienced such blatantly rude people. They Embarrassed my youngest daughter after I told her she had a skin condition and kept going on and on about the condition. If my kids weren’t with me, I surely would have made a scene. Stick to servicing your clients and keep your mouths shut. You really know how to make young girls feel AWFUL about themselves.
