The room was super clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable and felt like they'd used fabric softener because it was so soft. The morning breakfast was DELICIOUS and the staff were kind, and when I needed more linens they appeared at my door like magic. The other people staying there were very talkative and told me all about the attractions Willcox had to offer. If I were to come back to this delightful little town I would make the Willcox Inn my first and only choice for lodging. 5 star hands down.

The people that work there, are nice, but the truth is, the hotel needs a LOT of work!! I felt safe after my friend in the pic was full. They need to focus on getting the place fixed, room by room. The parking lot however, I did not feel safe at all, as I got stuff out & walked my dog, people came walking up, out of the freaking desert side, on foot...and it was late, pitch dark. Teens on bicycles hid at the shrubs at the back. After the conversation at check in....I went ahead & grabbed my own cleaners, paper towels & cleaned my room & bathroom before I touched anything. I did not sit on the nasty, filthy chair with obvious "DNA" stains all over it. (149)I put a towel over the foot rest, so I could sit my purse down. They need direction, focus, organization & Lysol, fabuloso, sos pads, windex, wipe down doors & windows, door knobs, thresholds of the door were filthy. Bugs all over the ceiling. I killed the bugs, I did all of that.....for 52 bucks. Go ahead & send a few DEA agents to watch the parking lot too.

It was okay my boyfriend and I had a room it didn’t have the remote to the tv which was weird to me however it had a mircowave and mini refrigerator and his cousin had the remote in her room but the tv wasn’t working and she only had Mini refrigerator and no microwave

In a room with no heat and ac very rude employees. We found bed bugs and cockroches. Very bad place to stay don't risk it or you will catch bed bugs like we did.

The room was not as shown ! The bed only had a top sheet and only the mattress pad cover ! There was water all over the floor by the front door when we walked in ! The room did not smell good , they don’t have a rug on the floor and yuccky dirty tile with dead crickets!!! We had to kill a cockroach on the wall . The toilet wouldn’t flush ! Overall this was a super bad experience, I will never stay here again!!!

Worse place I have stayed in. When I was paying for the room the man was very nice but that changed real quick when I called the front desk to let them know the ac was not working. He was rude and said we didn't need it that it was 60 degrees outside. I said it's 80 in the room and we kept going back and forth he then said we could open the window and said the AC was not going to come on and walked out. Took pictures of the room as it was dirty toilet had a brown ring shower was dirty when I turned the shower on all the dirt started moving. I had to clean before I got in and still used a towel to step on while I was in there

The staff is pretty good, still havent recieved clean towels but they respect my privacy and remember to give me noise space. They are currently trying to renovate so bare with them. The water is nice and hot and the rooms are comfy with gorgous hard wood foors. Dont hesitate to mix some pantine conditioner with your floor cleaner tho so the room doesnt catch fire, bleach dries it too much to not use an after coat of some kind if moisturizer conditioner. I clean my own room and space outside my door but thats the privacy i adked for.

Thank you to all the employees of willcox inn oyo and the dollar general staff who have helped more than anything could notice. I appreciate everything and hope you all continue for me while i search for my and my friends missing kittys.

Cockroach hotel. Stay away!!!

First room, toilet didn't flush. Second room, toilet didn't flush, AC blew up with smoke almost causing a fire. Third room, key didn't work. Fourth room, one light didn't work, floor seemed like they cleaned it with oil and looked sticky, shower curtain was busted. Cherry on top of all, tried to get ice in the morning and desk guy told me to stop using it after my second bucket. I looked at him like 'are you kidding me'. Last bucket he came out asking what room I was in and I said 'why does it matter? You changed me rooms 4 times last night and I still can't get ice?, I'm staying here'... Then he quickly said my room. I said 'good, you do remember' and left. Don't stay here, don't feed their incompetence. Worse place ever!!!!
