I purchased a wig at this store and they lied to me and said it was 100% human hair and charged me almost 300 dollars and it was not human hair so disappointed be honest they are scammers
I love this environment I come here at least 2 a year to purchase my hair products and I have to say everyone here is amazing. They also have the items that I need if they don't the girls in the back help me find something similar to what I am looking for and they never fail to amaze me. If I could give them more stars I would if you are in this area check them out.
They're well stocked and have the best prices. I travel here from White Plains to get all my hair and beauty supply needs.The workers are friendly and helpful. The managers/owners can be a bit friendlier but I guess it's a cultural thing.
I'm always in this store. As a licensed beauty professional, be sure to show them a copy of your license and ask them to give you a membership card so you can receive a discount on your purchase. They are tied to 2 other beauty supply stores that are on 4th Avenue, so if you go into one store and they dont have the item in that store, they walkie talkie the other stores and get what you need. They will quickly bring it to whichever store you're in. They have a HUGE selection of hair, wigs and essential beauty products. The real professional products are usually behind counters, but someone is always willing to assist you.
I asked for assistance with hair color, the associate was very nice but as it turns out not knowledgeable at all. When the hair color did absolutely nothing at all, they refused to reimburse me. That's the only time I had a problem but then it's the only time I really ever asked for their help. So I don't know...
I went here to purchase a lace front wig. I saw two that I liked and wanted to try them on. One was on sale and I was told I could not try it on for that reason. I said alright just let me see the one that is not on sale. After about ten minutes a guy shows up with the wig but tells me I can't try it on.
Who buys a wig without seeing if it's a proper look for your face? Add to the fact that they have signs about the store reading "Customer can try on 5 wigs". Needless to say I was very unhappy with my visit.
My mother comes here all the time to get her hair, wigs and any other accessories that she needs this place is pretty decent staff is nice has a couple of different varieties of colors
Went in here today to purchase few items which I did. After buying my items I went to the wig area to look at the wigs, well they have a NASTY person working behind the counter in the wig area. They should have her mopping floors rather than attending to customers. So sad! I've been coming here for years! But, I rather go elsewhere.
