Shayla is amazing! I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but didn’t know how to explain it kind of wanted dramatic but subtle but I just a couple reference pics I liked and she nailed it! It better than I could have imagined. And she broke down the prices gave me different options. She explained everything she was doing because I haven’t had my hair done professionally in a really long time. I will never go anywhere else again.
This is second day hair that’s been slept on and hasn’t been brushed and it still looks amazing! The owner is super nice and accommodating. So glad I found this salon close to home! I was traveling almost to Providence to get my hair done!

I went in for a refresh on my outgrown balayage as well as a haircut. First, I want to praise Katie’s precise attention to detail. Throughout the process, she took great care to ensure each and every strand of my hair was lightened to perfection. Second, she was informative throughout the entire appointment. Each step of the way, she ensured that I was comfortable and understood how we were achieving my desired result. Also— not only did she preserve the integrity of my already lightened hair, it is healthier than ever!!! ????
It was clear to me that she is a very well-educated, talented and skilled professional. She is also very kind and warm to her clients!
Long story short, I highly recommend Katie’s services!
Katie did my daughters hair today. Highlights, trim and style. My daughter walked out of that salon with the prettiest hair I have ever seen and she was SO excited, happy, and in love with her new hair!
I've been going to Waves for 18 years. Nancy is my hair stylist of choice! Whether long or short, she's always pulled through, I've gotten compliments from people out in public from her designs! I highly recommend her for anyone. She's always willing to listen and work with her clients!
Love all the employees but especially Kelly! This is exactly why you should go somewhere at least twice before writing a review. The very first time I got my hair done it was very expensive for semi dye and faded within a couple weeks. I was very disappointed but ever since my second visit I look forward to my next time in the chair. Great employees beautiful space and understandable pricing. Worth your while!
