Very friendly staff and a lovely place for a walk after some yummy food. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was very good. Great place to come in the sun. The cakes liked really tasty too, we'll have to come back again soon to try them out!
Fantastic smiling staff regardless of time of day, good timely service with orders brought out to you, decent prices and a delightful selection of treats for both humans and your 4 legged companion makes this one of the best places to relax after a long walk. A self service hose down and boot cleaning station is also a very welcome surprise.
Lovely food and ambience. If you have a sweet tooth I definitely recommend the bacon and maple syrup waffles (maybe syrup on the side next time)!
Really enjoyed my visit to Waters Edge - good food, coffee and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Beautiful location and setting.
Had no idea this place existed before it was recommended by a friend.
Pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The food is fine and the service is ok. Lots of young staff who are enthusiastic and helpful.
Great if you have a dog too, they have towel's to dry them off after the walking and water bowl's at the outside tables for them and they sell doggy ice cream too :)
Love this place and love it that my dog is welcomed inside! There is a hose to wash them if needed, towels to dry them with! They have really thought of them! Great walk and happy ending with not bad coffee and great cakes! The soups are nice too! And the burgers!!!
Lovely cafe with nice seating inside and out. Loads of cakes to choose from, coffee really nice. Food is absolutely delish! Very kid friendly, including a small play area in the cafe with colouring books, toys and a play kitchen. Dog friendly too - towels for wet dogs and biscuit treats :) Great place for a lovely walk and a nice lunch.
Went here for the first time for brunch. As it's been nice weather lately we were expecting it to be quite busy. The car park was quite full so it took a while finding a spot. As for the food I had the creamy mushrooms on toast with goats cheese and salad and my partner had coronation chicken sandwich with crisps and salad. Both really amazing, we both loved the food. The coffee was good too...I had a soy cappuccino and my partner had a macchiatto. Would definitely come back here to try the other things on the menu. The walk around the area is lovely too. Definitely recommend it!
