I love going here! Nice and clean nail salon also staffs are always nice! The price is reasonable.. I got my new set with Cindy and she is great! I usually walked in but you can call ahead as well.
What I asked for vs what they gave me.
I'm giving them lower stars simply because of the attitude of the woman who was serving me. She all but threw my hands at me, and was roughly pulling them around. I told I didn't like the colour of the pink, and she insisted it was the same as the picture. She was rushing through my nails and didn't even bother to cut them down before putting the acrylics on. $70usd.
I would not recommend people to come here.
Edit: came back to fix the nail shape and tips. They look a lot better.
On Sunday January 16, i went to get my nails done at this salon for the first time. Cindy did my nails she did good but i asked for marble on 2 nails and she couldn’t do it, so she asked the man next to her to do it. As you can see those are just ugly lines nothing like marble. I feel like there should be some honesty if you can’t do something, just be honest. Today, i went to get the 2 nails fixed and it looks so much better. Thank you tammy ❤️ I didn’t give it a 5 star just because of the supposedly marble nails. But everyone is so nice and the salon is very clean. I do recommend the nail salon but if you want to get any type of design just ask if they can do it or not.
I went to Vy’s nail spa to treat myself to a long overdue pedicure but my nail tech Shelly, did such an amazing job with it I stayed to get a full set!! Shelly was patient and accommodating..checking in with me throughout the process to make sure we were on the same page (this is important to me personally because I sometimes get nervous to speak up) . She prepped my nails thoroughly before applying acrylic to insure longevity and took her time to get the design I wanted perfect. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ll definitely be back!
I went in about a week ago for the first time to get a full set and an herbal pedicure, and I couldn't be any more impressed!!! Cindy did my nails and Trish did my pedicure, and they both did a BEAUTIFUL job!!! They took great care in their process, were extremely kind, and the salon was very clean! Also, as it has been a week since my walk-in, my set and pedicure have held up extremely well! I most certainly will be coming back!!!
This was my first time here and I won’t go anywhere else again. They were so nice and accommodating! Kim gave me the best delux pedicure I’ve ever had. So relaxing. Daisy did my nails and my nail art for my trip to Mexico and it’s so beautiful! I love them so much!!
I’m honestly OBSESSED with this place. I have tried so many different places before coming here and nothing compares. The staff at this establishment is so talented and friendly! They’re always so quick and efficient in every service they provider. I have gotten several full sets, fills, dip as well as deluxe pedicures. This place is the place to go. My friends who live in Portsmouth even come across the tunnel to come here because they’re that good! The photos I’ve attached are all done by Cindy!! She’s amazing!!!!
Wow, I bite my nails almost into the nail bed but she made it work. I got my nails done by cindy and I'm obsessed! She did such a great job, she worked really fast and was very friendly. They are really sturdy too considering I didn't even give her much nail to work with. I'll definitely do my nails by her again, also, look how pretty they match my cover!
