I have never had my nails break like this before with any acrylics or dip powder. The woman who did my nails made them very uneven and because of that, they seem to be very weak and prone to breaking. I had these nails done on December 3 and they broke on December 10 and 14.
These were my natural nails with dip over the top. So now my real nails are ruined and I will need to wait for them to grow out now.
I do not live in the Midwest, so they did give my mother who lives in the area $10 because I mentioned the poor job on my nails before I left. But due to what has happened within 10 days of the service being done, I think the entire service should be refunded or given back to my mother in credit.
DONT GO HERE: This place is terrible. I have come here but never had such a horrible experience. I got here 1215 and now it's 345. I sat for 45 minutes to dry and it still isn't dry. They did it and it was another hour drying still not dry. The guy said it was just the big toes so he took polish off and said he would redo. All of them were bad. I asked for my money back and the owners were extremely rude then and said they would not give my money back. I said I can't sit for another hour. They just walked away and then instead of just giving me credit called the police. They said they would redo and I said I would not want to sit here again.
The police came and said they would not refund but they understood why I would not want to go back again. I asked my rights to protest and they told me the parameters of where I could stand should I decide to . So I may very well be out there next Saturday.

My best friend and I drive 45 mins to come to Vu Nails. They are so incredibly nice and Kevin is fantastic! My nails always look amazing. We would highly recommend coming here. It’s a family owned, small business that I can get behind.
