Upon entering a tall manly woman was assisting a customer at the desk. Looked at me standing there and walked away. Came back and jumped into the convo I was having with the other lady. What’s the point?You walked away without saying anything so don’t include your input. Secondly I don’t like the way all the employees looked at me I’m black but you don’t know why I’m in the salon so greet me appropriately and keep the up/down looks. “Do you have an appointment?” is not an appropriate or friendly greeting. How about Welcome to … how may I help you??? In addition, this salon doesn’t provide full nail services. There was no interest in telling me what their services include so I hopped in my BMW and left. There’s a million salons in the area. And fyi the two ladies walking out the door, their hair looked frizzy like they had just got out of bed..

$170.00 & $30.00 tip I had highlights Plaza hair dye in a blowout. I think it was a bit much for it to come out, looking like this.

I started going here due to a recommendation from an acquaintance. DJ styled her hair, and it looked great.

I had DJ cut my hair for several months. After a few months, it became harder to style my hair. It just would not lay right.

A couple of months ago, she cut it crooked. One part of my bangs was way longer than the rest of my bangs. She also cut part of the back too short causing a piece of hair to stick up.

I did not notice the faux pas until I washed it and tried to style it.

I decided to call the salon to rectify the situation. DJ was off so they suggested Nicky with no charge to me.

She fixed it to my satisfaction, so I decided to try her again. She cut It like the picture I showed her, but not as short. I tried to tell her I wanted it shorter, but she would not do it and gave reasons not to do it.

I will not be going back.

This salon is highly overrated.

I believe I gave both stylists a fair chance.

I also forgot to mention that Nicky styled my hair with a product she had never used, expressing her concerns and doubts about it. My hair stayed flat. I paid extra for styling at my request.

I wore an $80 black sweater into this establishment and came out with the hood completely covered in bleach, the hoodie wasn’t even mine I borrowed it from a friend and now I need to pay all that money back on top of a 145 dollar root touch up and trim.

I went in to have my outrageously long hair cut and donated. Turns out the partner with Wigs4Kids and were able to take care of everything. Had nearly 12 inches! Trish did an excellent job styling everything after the chop.

This place kind of lost its spunk. A cut here used to be a fun experience because everyone was no nice and upbeat. Maybe they are short staffed like everywhere else but the stylist I was with rushed through the cut and it's choppy and one side is longer than the other. The whole experience was kind of blah from the moment I got there to the moment I left. I realized when I got home she didn't show me the back of my head. Hopefully it was just an off day but I won't go back.

Trish did amazing on my balayage for my wedding I highly recommend her she’s very sweet and talented and she remembered everything I told her at my first appointment! Great salon :) so excited to get married my hair looks and feels beautiful!
