One of the most loving and comforting environments especially for a hair cut. Was accepted and treated with the utmost respect, hospitality and care. Every one of my needs was taken care of and then some. I have incredibly thick curly hair and Vladimir and Lora managed to give me the most professional haircut and straighten it beautifully. Will definitely come back and am incredibly grateful for this experience.

Lora is the sweetest ever! She greeted me so warmly and nice that right away I felt comfortable and safe even though that was my first time ever at their salon! Vladimir is a true professional and the master of his work!

прекрасные отзывы. И здесь действительно властвует профессионализм , но тут есть ещё и чуткий подход к каждому клиенту. Чем отличается ваш салон от других, это тем что вы сразу видите клиента и можете дать правильные советы. Владимир сделал мне моднейшую стрижку, Лорочка покрасила волосы. В Италии я всегда это делала у всемирно известного Альдо Коппола. Теперь и в Нью Йорке у меня есть мой мастер - маэстро, который, по своему мастерству, не уступает никому.

Желаю вам процветать на новом месте, оставайтесь такими же душевными и чуткими.

Рекомендую этот салон всем, записывайтесь заранее, так как у ребят очень много клиентов.

I had a really bad experience at this salon. First, the pair that works here is very chatty. Some people like that but I am personally not a fan. I don't need to tell someone my whole life story when I get a haircut, I just want a haircut.

Second, I told them I did not want to have my hair washed. I always wash my hair right before I get a haircut and I don't need that service. They did it anyway despite me saying no multiple times, joking that I had never been to a "salon" before.

After the haircut was done, they offered to put antibiotic cream on the back of my neck. I thought this was kind of weird and objected, so they put some hydrogen peroxide instead. Some alcohol spray as an antiseptic after a haircut is normal from my experience but antibiotic cream certainly isn't, but I didn't think much of it until a few days later.

I was having dinner with a friend and they pointed out that I had cuts all over the back of my neck. I've attached the picture to this review. I've never had this experience with a hair salon or a barbershop before. This wasn't just skin irritation, the back of my neck was all cut up. Explains the antibiotic cream! The haircut was pricey as well, nearing $50.

I do not recommend going here, it was a really negative experience.

Захожу в салон к Лоре и Владимиру и просто забываю о всех проблемах.

Никогда не переживаю о результате стрижки и окраске волос. Мои любимые мастера всегда подбирают мой образ точно и профессионально. Последний раз Владимир просто "вырывал" мне волосы и они летели в разные стороны. В результате получилась сногшибательная стрижка, я получаю комплименты до сих пор, хотя прошёл уже месяц.

А Лора подходит к окраске волос очень творчески, всегда идём с ней на очередной эксперимент и всегда в точку!!!

Меняется внешний образ, меняется образ жизни!!!

Very great and positive experience at this hair salon. One of the best and most quality I have been to, worth every dollar and penny I spent. Will definitely return here for a haircut and get my beard done here again :)

Vlad and Laura are absolutely amazing and incredibly fast working. I got my first haircut and it was like no other. Definitely recommend the service that you are provided hear does not compare to any other hair salon.
