I went here for a fill, Simon did my fill and everything looked great, he was very nice. Then he asked Vivian to do my nail design with the foil i requested because he thought she would do it better… she rushed through painting my nails, didn’t even let the gel cure fully. I paid for the service and even tipped $15 since they both did my nails. I got home and realized my nails were still sticky and luckily i have my own UV light i was able to cure them myself. Then I had to come back 2 days later because the nail polish was chipping and the matte finish was peeling. Vivian said she would “fix” them and by that she meant put another coat of paint and a standard top coat on top of the peeling matte coat. She again rushed through painting them, the under side look messy and not professional at all. My nails all look lumpy and uneven, not at all a clean finish. Now, just one day later i have messy rushed through nails that are partly shiny and peeling to show the previous matte top coat. Absolutely will not go back. I have never had such awful service and disgusting nails. I will be sanding the finish off repainting myself until i need a fill and then will be going anywhere but here.
*** response to owner- you should have just filed everything and repainted and did the design over again. Instead you did it the fast way and there are still issues with the finish peeling.
Omg I love this place! First time being here and I am so glad I did. I've never been more happy with my nails and even my overall experience! We will definitely going to be coming back monthly! Thank you guys for being so wonderful to me and my daughter ❤
Got us in last minute when a neighboring salon didn't honor our appointment. Did a great job. Only issue is there needs to be some major cleaning done.
I love this nail spa they always get me in and out and they make me feel like family.Vivian and her husband are so funny and her husband Simon can sing so good he sang a song for me on my birthday and for both moms when I took them. If you want to be treated like a Queen this is the place to go.
My nail Tech is always good, she works well w/my nails w/the kind of work I do.
When I walked in for my appointment the owner told me she wouldn’t charge me to take off dip but then charged me at the end. She was extremely rude to my daughter and myself. We simply asked for an extra layer of polish and told us not to tell her how to do her job. Our polish chipped and cracked and she did horrible on my French. She may of been having a bad day but the owner should not treat customers that way ever!

The service here was so good. They genuinely cared about how my nails looked and didn’t just do them quick. The design was beautiful and made sure my nails were even. I will definitely come here again.

This place is filthy. They had open food just sitting out in the open. Crumbs (or should I say big chunks) of food all over the couch and seats.
I came just to get my eyebrows done. She had me sit in a chair that had a filthy white towel with stains all over it.
When she did my eyebrows, she was pounding so hard on my eyebrow bone like it was a drum or she was making dough. She was unnecessarily and purposely heavy handed.
She was immediately done and I could just tell she didn’t do a good job on eyebrows, on how she rushed and barely did anything. I looked in mirror and told her that she didn’t even take anything off and asked politely if she could remove more. She was upset but attempted to remove more. She told me to look again, and I did and she still didn’t do nothing. She told me, “I not do no more. Hurry up, go, I got other ting do. Ten dolla.”
Rude, dirty and unprofessional. My eyebrows weren’t even done correctly. You’re welcome for my $10 and business, but I won’t be returning.
