I have loved this Area of town since My actual Traveling days. From 1974 until 1978. Those were truly some of the best & also to say the least Most GRUELING, time's of my life. Work was great for a Young Man, but demanding.

I have been racially profiled TWICE at this business by the old, ugly, hateful, mean Asian woman and it’s DISGUSTING that I’m subjected to this type of hate in 2023. This old Asian woman made me feel very uncomfortable, she didn’t want me to try on wigs (it depends on how SHE feels that day), she snatched the wigs away and puts them back on the shelf before I can even look at them, she stands over me while I’m trying to look at the wigs and she’s been VERY hateful to me.

Found what I needed. This store has everything for us ladies

I was impressed with the neatness and organized isles. And was in and out pretty quick

On yesterday, I went into the store to obtain one thing, the close at 8:00pm and I knew I would be cutting it close because it was 7:45. When pulled up an older woman cut the open sign off, I still got out the car and when I walked in, she greeted me with “you only have 5 minutes”, I immediately looked and said nah, I’ll drive to Golden Beauty on Germantown Pkwy that stays open until 9pm before I give you a cent of my money. This experience made me cringe and I will never be back. I will tell everyone I know!!!

This Beauty Supply has come a long way. They treat customers much better. It used to be they would follow customers around stare at you when you're looking / walking around for items. Thank God for the cameras and t v monitors it makes shopping MORE pleasant.

The women at the desk put more things in my bags when i was not looking.i saw it when i had turn around. I was thinking she may be giving free stuff away or she was trying to make the alarm go off.i dont know but i spend my money at there all the time .it just dont sit right with me .

There is so much inventory that its dang near impossible to find anything. Very tight and junky. Also whenever I call to see if they carry a certain brand or curl pattern, I'm always told yes (they even act as if they are double checking) only to get there and search endlessly to find they actually don't have it. Go to the front for assistance (thinking maybe I missed it because it's so much), to be told they don't carry it. Smh If they have it, it's good and reasonably priced.
