Not my favorite place to go by any means now. I went with my friend whom had the male and I had the main lady. I asked for black tips and my friend asked for black nails with a black flame on the ring fingers. My lady told me I had to use dip because they only have natural colors in dip. I informed her I would take gel or regular polish with as natural of a color as you can get so I didn’t have to use dip and she argued back with me saying I couldn’t use anything but dip. Come to find out my friend had a natural color on her nails that was just a regular polish. So I got charged more and lied to so they can rack up money. She scrapped off the top part and used black dip for my tips so now I have to get a new set because they can’t file these down and make the black go away because once again she wouldn’t use polish. My nails were chunky and the tips were sloppy. I’m giving it a two because my friends nails were gorgeous and very precise. So unless you want to argue back and forth with the lady or get ripped out of money don’t go here or ask for the guy if you do.
Worst experience ever! I went to get my nails done today, and i had showed her the picture of the nails i wanted. Everything went fine until the first thing i noticed. She told me i needed a new set and ripped the old ones i had on off. Then i noticed she soaked another girls nails off to give her a new set. After that she proceeded to paint my nail red and i told her that i wanted an ombré. She got angry with me and yelled at me that she couldn’t do those when she had previously told me she could. I told her if i could have a minute to pick another color and she ignored me and went to another client. Now my nails are throbbing and they look horrible because to top it off, she rushed the work.Super rude.
I made an appointment to get a gel manicure on my lunch break. It only took her about 20 minutes for this since I wanted something simple. I love my nails & I will be requesting Ann & leaving a bigger tip. My nails feel like velvet
Anna and all the staff are always amazing!!!! The wait is always worth it! Patience is key here, as there always super busy, but again always worth it!!!! Remodel is also beautiful and elegant! Definitely my go to nail salon for sure! ????????❤

I was very happy with my drop in trip. They took good care of me even though they worked past close. (They accepted me as a walk in roughly an hr prior to them closing even though they could have turned me away.) They all work together well. They sanitize with lysol between guests and wear masks (if you're one that is super concerned about going out because of covid this is a selling point I'm sure). They also did an excellent job on my nails and were so very kind. I'll definitely recommend and definitely go back... just earlier next time so I don't have to keep them past close. (Pictures for proof minus my feet because those don't belong on the internet lol)
I have always had an amazing experience here! All of the staff are nice and friendly! If you don't wanna wait then make an appointment otherwise don't complain about having to wait. They usually are pretty busy! Best nails in this area!!
I didn't have an appointment and I didn't have to wait at all. They cleaned up my nails; that another nail salon had destroyed, and for that I am thankful. I couldn't believe it when he said I only needed to pay $45 after all the work he had just done. They were very kind and helpful. Definitely doing more business with them in the future!!!
