These ladies are amazing! I am heading to Maui and I picked a horrible color. They did exactly what I asked. Once I got in the car I hated it. I went back and asked for a color change, I would pay (it was my choice) they fixed it and were so kind about it. Now my nails are vacation ready! They didn't make me feel bad at all! They are all so kind! Love this place!
My daughter went in with a picture she found online and they matched it perfectly and all by hand! Amazing artists and great team of staff.
I've never had a bad experience, here. The staff members are friendly and professional, and they always do an amazing job, whether I'm getting a manicure or pedicure! This is my go-to nail salon!
Edit: went and got my nails done again. I loved them until I noticed they were smudged before I even left the store. I think I'll just stick to basics with no design. I showed them they were still wet and smudging and I was told they would be fine. Andy does a great job on my nails, but the lady that did the designs was rushing to leave.
Andy did a great job on my Shellac nail set. I usually don't like getting my nails done because it hurts, but Andy was great! He didn't hurt me at all or cut me. He was fast and did amazing job! The price is extremely fair amd reasonable.
I walked in and it was quite busy however they had someone help me within 10 minutes. I had a manicure of natural nails and pedicure. I was very pleased with the service I received!
My daughter got Shellac with her friend. The nail tech was busy talking to someone else about how she wasn’t in her station because my daughter and her friend came in together. I had made an appointment for 2 people. She did not pay attention and did a terrible job! They were so busy that time was not taken probably because they were teens! We will find a better salon in the future!
I am not happy with my service. The nail tech rushed and you can tell by the way my nails turned out. I see why this salon has low ratings. Do not waste your money here like I did. In the photos you can see in imperfections very clearly.
Made an appointment at 1pm so I could get a polish change on my lunch break. 15 minutes later and I still wasn’t seen, despite several nail techs sitting on their phones ignoring me.
