Best PlaceJuice Reviews
I love this place! IMO this is the best nail salon in the Woodbridge area. Bee & Ann usually do my nails and they're both very good. No lifting, no chipping. Last 3-4 weeks sometimes also. 10/10
This is literally the best nail spa I’ve been to in a long time. The energy was so good. The services were straight forward. And my nails were quality. Will definitely be back.
Just got a pedicure at Victory nails and I must say I’m not impressed. I originally selected this placed based of the 4.0 ratings but I’m not impressed. There was not and options for pedicures just basic stack clip and polish. Signs at stations state “ 20% price increase due to pandemic”but no original prices are posted in sight. I understand getting a pedicure is a luxury service but it would be nice to keep the luxury part up to standard. My polish looks sloppy and nails uneven. Nail artist look unenthusiastic about doing service. Please do better.
Waited for about 45 minutes but it was so worth the wait. This was my first time here and Binh did such a great job, she was very nice, and very professional. Will definitely be going to see her again!! My niece also got hers done and she loved them as well.
The Nail Techs are very professional and helpful in nail care. The Nail Techs do an AWESOME job with both long and short nails. They have several COVID precautions in existence. I felt very safe there.
I just go there for my piercings the man in there does a great job..
Worst quality nails I have ever gotten.
Those nails are 2 weeks old and look awful.
On some of the nails the acrylic is not only on the nail but also almost on my skin. One nail is already broken though i don’t do anything too harsh, I’m a nanny. I wanted french nails and told the artist that I didn’t wanted the natural part to pinkish. She agreed and then gave me a transparent look which looks awful in my opinion. You can see the glue and the natural nail under, it just looks messy and bad. I wish she would have told me she was going to it transparent because then I would’ve rather taking the pinkish tone she wanted to give me before. The blue is coming off on some nails as well.
Well now it’s been barely two weeks and the nails look like this. This quality is not worth $50.
On top of that, when the nails were about to be done she had me put them under the lights and then stood up and left. She didn’t say for how long or anything. After a few minutes she came back from the back of the studio, fully dressed in jacket and bag and left the studio. I assume her shift was over. Again, she didn’t even tell me for how long the nails needed to be under that light. She didn’t say bye either.
I will look for another nail studio.
MiMi has done my nails for years and I am always happy when I leave. Very professional and patient. Thank you MiMi :)
Quick Facts About Victory Nails
Victory Nails Place, according to the comments provided, has a mixture of strengths and weaknesses. In order to thoroughly analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, let's break down the comments and address each aspect individually.
Strengths:
1. Skillful Nail Technicians: The salon boasts skilled and talented nail technicians, with specific praise given to Bee, Ann, Binh, and MiMi. They are commended for their ability to produce long-lasting, well-done nails without any lifting or chipping. This indicates that the salon employs competent and experienced technicians who can consistently deliver quality services.
2. Positive Energy and Atmosphere: Several customers mention the positive energy and good vibes they experienced while at Victory Nails Place. This suggests that the salon has a welcoming and friendly environment, which can greatly enhance the customer experience.
3. Professionalism and Safety Measures: One comment mentions that the nail technicians are professional and focused on nail care. Additionally, the salon has implemented COVID precautions, making customers feel safe during their visit. This emphasis on professionalism and safety is crucial for establishing trust with customers.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistency in Pedicure Services: One customer was disappointed with the lack of options for pedicures, stating that only basic services were available. Additionally, there were no visible prices for the services, causing confusion and potential frustration. This indicates that the salon may fall short in terms of providing diverse pedicure options and transparent pricing, which can negatively impact customer satisfaction.
2. Varying Quality of Services: While some customers praised the quality of their services, there were also negative comments regarding the quality of the nails. One customer mentioned that the acrylic was applied unevenly, almost reaching their skin. Another customer complained about the transparent look of their French nails, stating that it looked messy and bad. The longevity of the nails was also questioned, with chipping and color coming off within two weeks. These comments highlight a lack of consistency in the quality of services provided by the salon.
3. Long Wait Time: One customer mentioned waiting for 45 minutes before receiving their service. Although they believed it was worth the wait, excessive waiting times can be off-putting for other customers who may have a busy schedule. The salon should strive to manage their appointments effectively to reduce waiting times and improve customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Victory Nails Place possesses strengths such as skilled technicians, positive energy, and professionalism. However, they also exhibit weaknesses such as inconsistency in pedicure services, varying quality of services, and long wait times. It is imperative for the salon to address these weaknesses by offering more diverse pedicure options, improving the consistency and quality of their services, and optimizing their appointment management system to minimize waiting times. By doing so, Victory Nails Place can enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen their reputation in the Woodbridge area.
