Both my grandmother and I see Julie for our nails. She shapes them so well that everyone thinks our nails are natural. I’ve never had issues with chipping or breaking. Julie is also just so nice. We always laugh together when I’m there. Their color selection is also phenomenal - they have a whole room of colors. Everyone else that works there is also super sweet. 10/10 recommend.
Unpleasant experience from start to finish. I requested a dip manicure and the lady doing it acted put out the entire time. She kept expressing her dissatisfaction with my nail color choice. She rushed through the whole process. During my manicure someone came into the business asking me to move my car because a sign was being put up. I requested to move it quickly and was at first told no not now and then realized why I am letting this person tell me not to move my car. So I said please excuse me for a moment and she was very displeased with me moving my car so that it would not be in the way/possibly get damaged by a store sign being put up. The end result of my dip manicure is completely unsatisfactory. Nails are uneven lengths and dip is not covering entire nail. Will not be back to support this business. Really unfortunate experience all around.
Worst experience I’ve had in a business. I decided to try coming here because my regular nail salon and others I’ve gone to were booked for the rest of the day (understandable for Halloween weekend). I left before they even did my nails because they were taking bad about me and my nails to each other. When they asked if I wanted gel or regular, I said regular and they laughed, looked at each other and said “she wants regular polish too??” There was only one woman getting her nails done and about 6 workers all standing there talking. I see why people don’t come here. Don’t waste your time or money
Edit:I got my nails done on the 10/15/22 my nails started chipping 2 or 3 days later.I’m not sure what y’all are doing wrong but I won’t be returning ever again. I can careless about coming back and getting my nails fixed again.Thanks for the awesome service though.
The first ever nail shop that made me feel welcome.The staff is so friendly and very nice.I love the way my nails and feet came out.Won’t be my last visit I’ll be coming here often to get some self care in.Thank you for making my first time at your nail shop a good experience.
I live out of town, but needed to get my nails done in a pinch. There was no wait and they did a fabulous job.
I love Victoria’s Nails. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be a regular at this establishment, especially after seeing how well they treat their regulars. I’m usually very picky about my nails and they go the extra mile to make sure you like the length, shape, and color. Most importantly they LISTEN when you are not satisfied with your nail shape. The pedicures are wonderful as well. I love love love this salon.
Best pedicure in a long time! Great price, very clean, English speaking and professional establishment. They treated me very well and was preoccupied with my experience being a positive one. I'm from out of town but if I lived here, this place would be my go-to.
I called very late just before 6:00 and spoke with Victoria. She told me she would take me as soon as I could get there. I have not been there in several years but was treated like an old friend. Victoria did my manicure while Jessica did my pedicure. The salon looks lovely, clean and so accommodating. Julie works with her Mom and was taking care of another happy client. Victoria and her team made me feel like they valued my business. I will definitely be back again.
