I got my nails done by Jimmy and they lasted 2 whole months. I paid $111 for a regular pedicure and hard gel with tips. The service was pretty good. Everyone was pretty friendly. I got in and out within around 2hrs. They took me as soon as I came in.

It seems a little unsanitary if I’m honest, and they don’t really soak or scrub the feet during the pedicure it’s a very very basic service but other than that I think it was a good.

The atmosphere is inviting and they were able to see me quickly. Those are the the only positive things I can say about my experience. Andrew was the nail technician and he was very rough. During my manicure he cut my cuticles and made me bleed three times. It’s been several days and my fingers are still sore and sensitive. I asked for a spa pedicure and it was rushed and during the foot massage he squeezed my toes so tight I flinched several times. It was supposed to be a relaxing experience but it was anything but. I will never go back.

Personally I’ve only heard good things about this nail salon, so I decided to try it out today for the first time. I got French tips with building gel done by Tiffany and they’re perfect ! I love them. Tiffany is really fast and clean and pays attention to every detail. Definitely found my new nail tech/ spot.

First time here. Receptionist was lovely- technician was poor. My pedicure lasted roughly 20 minutes. There was no attention to detail with the cleaning and cutting of cuticle and dead skin. I had to point out missed areas and I could tell he was frustrated. His couldn’t not paint neatly and messed up my big toe that it had to be repainted. No lotion used on my feet and blue paint marks from polish left on my skin. He was not pleasant and did not apologize. It was a rushed job and it showed. Disappointed.

My first time at this nail salon. The energy was extremely weird as soon as soon as I walked in. I literally got dip powder set and my nails are changing color already. Keep in mind it’s been less than two days!!!!! I did not touch, eat, etc… anything that would stain my nails. Waste of money tbh! I kept explaining to the nail technician that my nail shape were not as I described. I showed her several pictures of the length and shape!!!!! It was such a bad experience!!! Great ambiance when you walk in, but definitely a waste of my money for sure!!!!! I was still nice enough to tip even though it was such a horrible job!!!!! For anyone contemplating on coming her, don’t!

I went here to get a pedicure, nails,and lashes. The lashes were great and very well done. The nails were okay. But the pedicure was the worst I ever had in my life. The girl that did them was on the phone the entire time. While doing my toes she was very rough and my toes were burning and hurting when she was done. I didn't see any blood so I thought fine. A few days later I had a blood clot on my toe. I talked to the Manager and showed him my toe, he told me he never seen this before. But did nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing as this place is near my home and very convenient. I was really hoping the manager would fix the situation but he did nothing.

This is the best nails salon in Bronx, and probably the largest, cleanest nails salon in New York. They did exellent job. I got pedicure and manicure, they even offer me hot tea when i am waiting and cocktails when i got my pedicure. Super friendly ! Highly recommend

Always great experience at this nail salon. Have been coming here since they opened. They definitely changed the game elevating nail bar standard for other places in the area. I generally get acrylic extensions with design and gel pedicures. They are also offering free cocktail with pedicures now new promotion. Employees are always professional and like to do good work and learn new techniques from each other. Can't go wrong with that! ????????
