I go to Vicente's Barber shop every 2 weeks to look my best. I've been coming for about 6 years. Once I find a barber who's work I like, I don't go anywhere else. When Vicentes' not there, his son Ozzie does just as great a job as his Dad. It's not a Foo Foo beauty salon where you make appointments. You walk in, wait your turn or walk out. Look at today's haircut. Does it look like Vicente doesn't know how to cut hair?

Ozzy the barber is one of the best in all of Rosemead, ca! Very Original old school style barbershop, but Ozzy can hook you up with any type of fresh cut you need.

Really dont know what to think. Felt some what discriminated . LBGT .

They (he) really didnt enjoy cutting my hair. Didnt finish it . Or whats your opinion of the hair cut does it seem well finsihed? He is very experience and knows exactly what to do. Just think he was uncomfortable in cutting my hair because i was a girl. Mind you it was my 1st time cutting my hair that short. I Google bárber shop around me and there rating was good . So decided to go to them . However, no where did it state it wasnt female friendly or LBGT . Furthermore pricing was high to me for a unfinished clean cut. Look at all posted picture from past clients compare to mine. "Plain and Simple" unfinished

Gives very nice hair cut. Does very well with mentally disabled adult.

This place is awesome, first place I went to after places started to open up again after quarantine. This was my first time in a while experimenting with new barbers and honestly this guy knew what he was doing immediately.

I hardly showed a picture of my ideal haircut and he got it spot on. Really comfortable place with a nice tv, the guys were already watching some old boxing fights. Highly recommend this place!

Didn't put time into my haircut he messed up my ponytail didn't even my hair and hurt me with the razor. Really awful work. Definitely do not recommend this place.

The dad has 20 years in the business but he cuts your hair how HE wants and how its EASIEST for him if someone is paying for a service and its your passion then why not do things right and how the customer wants? You want people to pay 25 dollars a cut that's fine but at least give them the cut they want, that's just laziness and unprofessional

Update: The aggressive and triggered response of this gentleman to my review prompted me to update. Here's his response:

Nothing special about your request. Simple haircut on you. Special was the miracle performed on your son. First haircut in a year wow.

I came to his place based on the 4.5 stars review on Yelp and Google, assuming that the service would match the ratings. The service turned out to be just average, nothing special. So I gave my honest review. Just as he claimed simple haircut, I paid $20 per person for half an hour work each. And I even tip him. 'First haircut in a year' is an exaggeration on his part.

This is not how one responds and conducts business. I reduced the rating from 3 stars (average) to a 1 star. If you are looking for a different barbershop or looking for a new barber because you lost contact with the one you'd been going to like I did, then don't come to this place to try. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
