I been coming here since I was around 10 or 11 and I’m now 22 and they still treat me good and with great service. I remember Veronica since i we young. This place will always be my salon.❤️
Veronica ,Karina y Rodolfo son muy profesionales aman lo que hacen hacen muy buenos cortes y el tiempo que se tome el corte lo hacen sentir a uno muy bien saben escuchar y platican tienen muy buena conversación profesionales en toda la extensión de la palabra. Gracias Verona Beauty salon.
Don't waste your time coming here, got here at opening time and they said 2 ahead of you, waited close to two hours and still nothing, they were helping everyone coming in but me! Very unprofessional
Unorganized and Staffs are not Fair. They don't care if you came First if they dont want to cut your hair they Pick someone else over you. They don't even accommodate or make you feel Welcome. Never go back to that place.I always tips $5-15 everytime, anywhere when they cut my hair anyway.
Worst customer service ever. The lady veronica was not communitive at all with the details of prices or making appointments for "coming back part to do another session" she's deceitful and a liar. Basically ripping me off for just a cut and weak bleaching. She never listened to what I wanted. I hated that she was dismissive and poor in her attitude. I hated it here! So unprofessional and unorganized!!! Never coming back. They don't even deserve any stars for their rating.
She sold me Atm from her salon told me it was in great working conditions and emv compliant and I drove 4 and a half hours to buy it to find out when I get home it's not even close to being compliant it's just a large paper weight that she got me for 700 dollars refusing to refund me. Scammers
