I called to make an appointment and I was able to book the same day and within hours. The customer service rep and nail tech were courteous. Kayla did my pedicure- I loved her technique. For my callus remover she used the electric file on tough areas before applying callus remover liquid. After that, she used a scrubber with oil to smooth everything out. Overall I really liked the products used for my pedicure. A leg and foot exfoliation and massage was included. I loved the chair massage- it’s included as well

Kim is amazing she is professional and funny she kept laughing the whole and did my nails quickly. Came in with a crooked finger left with it straight lol only 5 dollar more lmfao. ???????? thank you Kim ????????????

My first experience at this nail salon was wonderful! I was greeted by a friendly staff and owner ???? I received the best pedicure by Tony, who has hands of an angel! he was very considerate of what felt comfortable for me as he wrapped hot towels around my legs. he kept asking if it was okay and was very nice about the stone massage. I’m very sensitive to temperature so it was nice getting those needs me

I’ve been coming here pretty consistently throughout the summer just to get pedicures but during my last 2 visits I’ve gotten shellac manicures and Hoa has done an absolutely amazing job executing my nail requests. It is always a pleasant experience visiting this salon!

Today was my very first visit to the Venus Nail. It was a truly wonderful experience. I had a shellac pedicure cure done. The service, right from stepping into the place, has been excellent. I will most definitely go back.

This is the BEST salon in Nashville! Every nail tech is talented. They can do any design if you bring in a picture. I won’t say who my favorite tech is because I don’t want them to get too busy ???? Give Venus Nails & Spa a chance!!!

Fast service. They are very professional and polite. They didn't file my nails too thoroughly and I didn't bleed, which is often the case at places I've been when they were in a hurry. I have a gorgeous ombré design that's even prettier than mine. I will recommend this nail salon to my friends. Very good

My friend and I came as a walk in. The pedicure was good! Kim was my nail tech and I told her I was on a bit of a time crunch. I showed her the picture and asked if it was possible for my time frame and I'm so happy it was! Kim was amazingly sweet. She wasn't rough at all. Even though we were tight for time, she didn't rush on my nails. She made them perfect and we were done in a little less than a hour. My nails look stunning! One of the best sets I've ever had. Kim is definitely a nail tech I would recommend!! Absolutely loved her, her energy, and her work.
