I don’t live in the area but I came to this salon with my aunt that I was visiting. The staff is really friendly, but they are horrible at doing nails/toes. I got a gel pedicure and the paint was not neat. I asked for white dip powder for my nails but they didn’t have that color. So the nail tech (who was super nice btw) used the clear dip powder and then used white gel on top. This was on a Thursday, by Friday night the paint started to peel. By Saturday I had 2 nails with the paint completed chipped off and the others are chipping away. I was charged $95… which is absolutely ridiculous for the quality of work.

I usually don’t leave reviews a lot but I have to make a review on this place. If you have healthy nails or even if you don’t PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I came and got a mid length full set, when I left the shop my nails were lumpy fat and looked a mess. I came back the very next day and asked for another technician to do them over and honestly they came out WORSE than before with the french tip looking terrible and bulky and she shaped them worse.

I had to spend extra money and go to my regular nail shop to have them do a polish change and they all commented and said my nails were atrocious. Thankfully I got them polished pretty but the damage from Venus nail salon was so bad that 4 of my nails broke within the same week and had long cracks in the middle of my real nail ! I will never come back to this place and the damage and money I had to spend just to have them repaired was not worth it. I regretted everyday that I had this set!

I have been visiting this nail salon for almost 2 years and I can say that I always feel very satisfied and comfortable with the place. Tan Pham is the best technician I have met in my experience with acrylics. I am quite demanding in how my nails work and I can say that 200% he has never disappointed me. He is extremely professional, polite, kind, honest and above all he has NEVER hurt my fingers or hurt me, I can also go without the retouch for 3 weeks and my nails remain intact as the first day. I AM JUST SO HAPPY WITH HIS WORK and I recommend it 100%. Go to the Salon and ask for Tan (only for him) if you have a delicate and select taste. You will not regret it

I have been going to Tan for over a year but today is my last time. Today Tan fixed 3 nails that had broke less than a week after getting them done. Now, I had went to get them fixed that past Friday. They told me to come back Monday. So I did. When I walked in he had zero customers, during the process of working on my nails a white lady walks in she was eating her ice cream and told him she was good. When she finished, he stops working on my nails to prep her. No problem. When he finished with my nails he says no charge and I said I will give you something for your time. I went to wash my hands, turn around he has my items in his hands, hands them to me and physically touches my back and pushes me out the door saying no charge.

First I wasn’t rude or nasty about my nails, I never said anything about not paying, his words. I even tipped him for his time and over the years have tipped him very well every time even when he wasn’t able to do the designs I wanted. So to push me out the door was totally uncalled for.

He is a really nice guy but if I’m treated differently because you had a white customer waiting, who was also there to get her broken nail fixed. Maybe it’s time to find a new nail tech.

I’ve come here at least 4 times and have left not very satisfied but kept giving them chances. However my last experience was just horrible. My nails look like trash, polish wasn’t applied properly, the shapes look terrible to think I spent $95 for nails that I had to completely take out and redo some place else the very next day. I only come here because it’s convenient location wise.

Stopped in here on a whim while I was in town. While my tech was very pleasant, my service was incredibly rushed. He didn’t clean up my nails after so I had to go in and clean up under my nails. Not a world ender but when I pay for a gel manicure, there are certain expectations.

As well, one of the employees was on her break (I assume) and was sitting out on one of the pedicure chairs. She kept her shoes and had her feet on the bowl which I feel is unsanitary. She was also on a phone call the whole time and eating. She stared at customers the whole time and it made the atmosphere a lot less relaxing.

Overall, a poor experience.

I've given this nail salon several tries because compared to some of the others in the area their services are more reasonably priced. Well you get what you pay for. My most recent visit took the cake. My fingers are sore and the skin is broken. Nails were cut too short and grossly mishaped, as result they are chipping.Within 24 hours they are lifted and snagging my hair. I'm disgusted. Save your time and money.
