I went in wanting to get a gel manicure with a mix of white line designs on my nails (like the photo but with white instead of black). The lady told me dip powder would be better and because I don’t get my nails done too often, I trusted her and said yes. When she was doing my nails, the dip powder just made my nails look chunkier and the lines she made were not sharp or even close to the picture I showed her. She would ask me if it looks okay and I would correct her, but even after she would “fix it” it would still look terrible. At that point, I just said it looks good so she can finish it and I could leave to another nail place to get it removed and done again. She got dip on the side of my nails and it hurt trying to separate it or take it off my skin and I had so many white polish marks on my hands and fingers from when she was drawing the lines on. I was so disappointed and not impressed at all (second photo) The moment I left, I went to another nail place and they said “oh my god, who did this” and fixed it right away for me. This is how they look after getting fixed and I am much more satisfied, I’ll be going to them from now on (third photo). Please be aware if you go here to get your nails done, only give them simple designs to do or even just a solid color manicure with no design, anything more and it’ll be rough.

1st time here and staying put! Kathy provided me with the most elaborate massage on my legs & feet.she was extremely thorough. Great customer service and I wasn't rushed. Diane did an amazing job with my manicure. No frills, simply elegant

Horrible!! I asked for my acrylic to be taken off and Instead of soaking it off she just rips it off. My nails were bleeding. I just wanted a gel polish but due to her ripping my nail she had to do over lay and still charged me for it. Hours later my finger is swollen and burns…

This is my second visit here but the first time I'm with the manicurist, Michael. I had my nail tips done and an ombre manicure for the first time too so it was a little overwhelming for me! But Michael was amazing and talked me through the process. He was very friendly we clicked so well since he was a foodie for Asian foods as well. He even let me sample his own cooking in between doing my nails! I have to say this will be my favourite nail place from now on (prior to this I've been going to multiple nail salons to find the perfect one). Michael's work on my nails are amazing, pictures tell a thousand words so I included it below. Definitely coming again!

Vikki always remembers me, and I only come 3 times a year. I got the spa pedi 33$ and a wax13$ best price for the service. Best chairs, wonderful art. Beautiful chandilier and also loud relaxing music.

After going to a bunch of nail salons in midtown sac and having my nails torn up to the point I had to grow them completely out and start over I found Venus Nail Spa. I walked in everyone was so nice. Vicky took me right away. I showed her a pic of how my nails use to look and she nailed it lol. She did an awesome job. I haven't been this happy with my nails since I moved to Sac in August. I highly recommend her.

I love my nails each time I go here. Jennifer does great nails!
