I came in to fix my hair. Someone else in St Pete did a poor job but Vanessa and Erica corrected it and left my hair so beautiful. My balayage exceeded my expectations and I also love their hair products! They are so friendly, the place is warm, clean and you are supporting a small business if you come which is great! Thank you girls! I’ll be seeing you both soon !
An amino acid was the treatment they did with the promise that my hair would be straight; no frizz and no curls. They claim this product to be free of harmful chemicals, yet my hair has been smelling horrible, even after many vigorous showers. It is false advertising and she should be thankful my mother doesn’t report her to the Department of Consumer Affairs ; especially since my mom contacted her first to let her know how the product did not work as intended.
Erica is a magician!! She’s always on her game and will make sure you leave with hair you didn’t know you could have! She’s well versed in the newest trends and makes sure to understand your hair goals. (And she’s a super cutie and so fun to spend a couple hours in the chair with????❤️????????????♀️)
If you want to get a “real ombré or balayage” come to Vanesa’s salon. I’ve tried a dozen of salons claiming they knew this technique, only to be let down.
The girls here are very talented. They are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. I also tried the eyebrow tinting which was amazing!
If you’re looking for a place that’s reasonably priced, and makes your hair gorgeous then Vanesa’s salon is that place.
Vanessa is one of the best hairdressers in town. She listens to you and understands what your hair truly needs. And the results are always right on.
Her assistant Erica is just as good.

Falta de profesionalismo, ética y respeto hacia los clientes. Cuando no pueden arreglar tu cabello, se burlan frente a ti. Hablan mal de los demás clientes delante de ti y harán lo mismo contigo. Los precios se dispararon tratando de recuperar otros 2 clientes perdidos con un solo cliente. No se actualiza, solo hace lo poco que sabe desde hace más de 15 años. Si tienes el pelo rizado o afro no vayas porque no saben nada. El peor lugar que he visitado.
Lack of professionalism, ethics and respect towards clients. When they can't fix your hair, they make fun of it in front of you. They speak ill of other customers in front of you and will do the same to you. Prices skyrocketed trying to win back another two lost customers with just one customer. It does not update, it only does what little it knows from more than 15 years ago. If you have curly hair or afro don't go because they don't know anything. The worst place I have ever visited.
