Outstanding customer service! I love bringing my son's her to this barbershop, Mark is very good with special needs kids! My son has autism and he takes his time with him. I would recommend this Barbershop to anyone the barber's that work here are amazing!!!!
I got my hair cut here for the first time ever as an adult. They were very helpful and gave me useful suggestions for the cut I was going for and my head shape. It was very enjoyable atmosphere as well, a sense of camaraderie filled the air as if I had been going there for the past 5 years and it was only my first time. They make you feel welcomed, but make sure you book an appointment before time.
Marcus is always great at suggesting new looks and great at what he does can’t recommend enough.

Very professional and Marcus did an amazing job cutting my son's hair. I love the fact that I can make an appointment so that I am not waiting forever and I also appreciate their efforts in keeping us safe during this pandemic. We will definitely be back!!
Usually have a good experience but started with a different barber there after not going for a while and it was my worst experience yet. He kept getting frustrated I wanted a fade but did not want to touch the top part of my tapered cut. Maybe he just did not know how to cut a woman’s hair. Tbh the whole hair cut he was complaining about my requests and the fade, mind you it’s the same haircut I have gotten at a different barber multiple times in ATL. I was really disappointed given my past experiences at Upper Cutz, so just wanted to leave this review. Overall it’s a good business but this one barber was trash for women’s hair! (Orlando was the name). I will say at the end he did not make me pay, which I appreciated. It does show that that’s how bad the treatment and eventual haircut was.
This is my first experience at upper cutz. I really enjoyed it. Demetrius aka preacher really took good care of me. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. He did a great job on my hair. The people are really friendly and it's a good atmosphere. If you are looking for a barber, this is the place to be.
Great group of guys! Interesting discussions that I've enjoyed over the years!! Actually learned something from Mark about my heritage!! Maybe shouldn't name call but I believe you'll get a professional cut and shave if you like. Also have seen younger guys get all the designs and odd cuts you see on some of the younger and they also have the ability to offer our seniors with the old style shave!! Sure you'd enjoy your experience like I do!!
