The experience was wonderful they did a great job on nails

I came here, the time I waited was insanely long!!!! Waited for almost an hour and half, which was fine because I know they were busy and there were several customers. I got acrylic nails and two of my nails with a lightening strike on them. I also got GEL toe nail polish. The gel polish came off within three days, which I was highly upset about. I have been to several places before and gotten gel on my toes and it has lasted for a month...but not this time. Also, one nails came off within 4 days, and the others feel loose now...it’s only been a week and a half at most. I usually try to understand situations like this with working in customer service, but spending this type of money for my nails and toes to have them off like this has angered me!!! Also, after I told them I could not get a pedicure done because I had to go to work and had to wait so long already...it felt as if they began to rush on me. I had a lady (not Katie) do my nails and a man who maybe the owner do my toes. They were very nice, but the quality of the nails and things were not. It is a waste of money here.

The nails were beautiful don't get me wrong but I've only have had them 4 days and the bottom is chipping off and acting like they're going to fall off i spent 70 bucks on them so would've liked them too last longer then this.The guy that did them was super nice and did a great job, a little distracted but it was a really busy day so I can only imagine how long his day had been. I'll give it another try because he was super nice and did a great job.

I haven’t been in awhile and decide to come today. I’m not satisfied at all he did nothing but put my feet in water and cut my toenails. He didn’t do no kind of scrubbing or anything. I’m so mad and then charged me forty five dollars and after he charged my card told me to write a five dollar fee.

Better experience this time. Be prepared to wait for a little and if you want the works bring 100 dollars. Pedi. Eyebrow. Full set. With a little change left for possible tip and something to eat. The Asian female rocks on the nails. (Co-owner)

I have used this establishment before, and when Tim was there, the service was good. The last couple of times that I have gone, no one seems to want to wait on you. I went on 7/28/2021 and was the only person in the waiting area for at least 15 mins. I spoke to one of the operators and told him I needed a pedicure. He said I had to wait, which is fine and acceptable.

About 20 mins after being there, some more customers came in. Another operator came out and asked who's next. I raised my hand. He said nothing more turned around, walking toward the back. The first person I spoke to when I arrived came out and got a young woman that just walked in the door and took her back. The other two ladies that came after me looked shocked. I grabbed my things and went to another salon. My money is green, and I will spend it somewhere else.

They are disrespectful of their customers, and I won't return.

Due to current situations in the world, the prices are fair. They did a wonderful job on my nails last week. I have decided to recently treat myself every week, and they always do a great job on my nails. They say beauty is pain, and I agree. :) I will always try and use this place of business for getting my manicure and pedicures done.

The costumer service was okay but me and my sister went early today and rhe man doing our nails cut my cuticle four times and my sister two times the woman was really nice though and did a good job with my nails
