They have the largest selection of products that I have seen in Long Beach for African-American products. There are many unique items there that I have not seen at other places which is exciting! And to my knowledge they are the only ones with rainbow extension hair! I searched high and low for rainbow hair and could not find any place that had it except for Amazon. I was told that they carry rainbow hair all year round which is great! Not only that the customer service was above and beyond! EDDIE took the time to answer all of my questions and walked with me around the store to make sure that I was clear on all of the products and different hair color numbers. POLIGHT was also great in talking with me about various products as well.
I would definitely recommend this store!
I have NO idea how this place is so highly rated. The person who helped me gave me completely wrong information and bad advise. Also, I think the hair color I purchased was bad/old; it wouldn’t mix with the developer at all! I will never return.
Overall Whack. The products are old and usually have dust on them if you swipe your finger on top. The workers must not do much if there’s all this debris everywhere. Unorganized accessories like bags so how can we choose which one we like without touching after a bunch of other people? Seems like they could use a better job at staying organized and sanitized to me. We are still in a pandemic.

I always have come to the place when I needed things. The 2 lady that were there before were so nice. The new people are nice, the place is always clean. I wish the stuff nee more about the products, answering questions regarding any items they can't help you. In a business that really deals with the public, stuff should have knowledge of the products. Other then that it's a great place

This used to be my go-to beauty supply store. It was owned by two women previous to about a month ago. Now it's owned by a male and the prices have gone up the quality of items that he has for sale are not up to par to what was being sold before him. He's also brought in help and they are quite rude. I would avoid the store like the plague. The shopping experience is not what it used to be and in a town like this where there are a bunch of beauty supply stores customer service is what makes me return. So black women save your coin taking money elsewhere
