I ended up emailing the ladies here, as I found them on Groupon. They were able to squeeze me in just two days later and honor my Groupon price without the Groupon; I was having issues with the app. I am not one to trust many people with my hair, especially with a change I have never done before, but I looked past the prior reviews to give them a try.

When I got to the salon, they sat me down, put me in their kimono and towel, and explained to me to the point what the pricing would be and for what.

I went from a dark brown to a purple with zero bleach and it took amazing.

Sarah was the one who did my hair; she was quiet and sweet. They were kind enough to even charge my phone for me, since it died during my visit.

I definitely do suggest giving this place a try, as I had no issues and was treated very well there.

The color changes a bit depending on the lighting and I love that, especially with all the different depths of color.

I will leave an update in a week or two of how the color has lasted but today I am highly satisfied upon first impression.

First time here today, but I will definitely go back! I was able to walk right in and get paired with Paola as my stylist. I will be requesting her everytime! She is extremely personable and professional, and you can really tell that she loves what her does. My hair is exactly the way I wanted it

I have been going here for several years, and it’s always an amazing experience! Sabina does a great job mixing the right shades for my highlights, or any shade blonde to brunette that I’ve gotten. It is great to go in for a refreshed look and new color whenever I need it. Una Donna Piu was also the best choice I could’ve made to do my wedding hair, as well as for my bridesmaids! They did a wonderful job, and it was exactly the look and style I wanted. The staff is also very professional and always attentive when scheduling my next appointment :)

DO NOT-I REPEAT-DO NOT EVER COME HERE. If I could give negative stars, I would. The bleach was left on my hair for over an hour’s time and I did not have balayage in my hair nor did my hair look anything even remotely like the photo that I showed. I had straight up highlights and I ended up paying an extra $170. The highlights were completely uneven and the back of my hair was orange!! One side of my head had far more highlights than the other side. The lighting in the salon is so terrible I couldn’t even tell how bad it was until i got to my car and got home. After getting home I realized how damaged and broken it was. My hair was splitting out at the roots and was so incredibly dry. I was in tears looking at my breakage. I have never ever had such terrible damage in my hair after going to a salon. This is the worst part of all. I believe it’s from the bleach being left on for so long. Anyways, don’t waste your money here and please go to another salon

I LOVE this little salon! It's a hidden gem in Winter Park and go there for hair straightening. I went to see Sabina and had a marvelous experience as usual. Every time I go I know I can depend on her to transform my big fuzzy hair into completely straight and soft shiny magic. She is like my fairy Godmother. Her technique lasts longer than any Brazilian blowout or others and it's organic!

Loved my experience. Mary was great mixing up the perfect color for me. She graciously took her time to make sure that I was happy and comfortable every step of the way. I'll definitely go back!

Paola did my hair and makeup for headshot photos. Hair and makeup came out absolutely fabulous! She communicated well, was attentive to my preferences, and very kind. Looking forward to her styling my hair again next week.

Today
