This was my first time going to this nail spa and I am beyond happy I did. I called and booked an appointment when I arrived I was seated right away. I had my nails done by Michael he was so kind and helpful, he even worked with me to come up with exactly what I wanted my nails to look like. He made me laugh and smile the whole time, my nails are the best I've ever had he really took his time. I can't wait to go back and get them done again, I will be getting my feet done next time too. ♥ Call and make an appointment it helps to not have to wait and be sure to ask for Michael he really is the best nail tech!
The best place I've gotten my nails done at, 100% recommend. The people are nice there and the work is beautiful.
Do NOT get your nails done here. I had dip nails done for the first time here. The man who did them did a terrible job. I tried telling him during the ordeal that it wasn’t right and he told me he wasn’t finished yet. By the time he finished I had to leave, I couldn’t wait there to complain. I planned to go back the next day. I went back the next day and told the owner (guy at the front). He told me I should have told him yesterday, I should have told him right away. He tried to make me wait for the same guy to fix them. I said no, he isn’t touching my nails again. So the owner sat me at a dirty/used work station. He used the sander to get to work on getting the dip off and he kept hitting my skin. After him (owner) hitting my skin AT LEAST 8-10 times I was holding back tears, I felt he had to be doing this on purpose. I waited for him to take all the dip off and I left. This salon does not care about quality of work or customer satisfaction. I paid $46 and wasted collectively 3 hours for the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had.
Tiffany did fabulous work... from deluxe pedi to fill and American style gel. Wish I had a salon like this near me!
My favorite nail salon in Lake Charles. Staff is very friendly and you always get great service. You get treated top notch. Atmosphere is “A” class , plenty of staff to assist customers needs. Never disappointed with service. I appreciate that they take their time and do a wonderful job. Great prices as well. Highly recommend!!
The service was impeccable. Hannah did my beautiful ombré names and Mannie did my deluxe pedicure, which is VERY worth the money. This is my second salon here in Lake Charles and I will not be going anywhere else. Great service, people and beautiful atmosphere. Plus Ultimate is open on Sunday’s, which is huge!
The guy who did my manicure was so gentle and took his time. He listened to what I wanted and did it perfect. They lasted for a month before I needed to get them refilled. Will definitely be going back. Pedicure was ok but was overpriced to me.
Arrived for a pedicure and full set. The pedicurist was great. However, the nail tech that I was assigned to was horrible! She was asleep and slobbering when I was brought to her booth. She rushed through the service; leaving the edges of my nails unkempt. She complained that I wanted to dry the gel polish a bit longer saying she knew what was best (despite the fact that I had just touched them and left a fingerprint). To keep it fair, the owner did try to rectify the situation, but I was too disgusted to stay any longer.
