§ 518. Credit card surcharge prohibited. No seller in any sales
transaction may impose a surcharge on a holder who elects to use a
credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means.
Any seller who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars
or a term of imprisonment up to one year, or both.
Been hopping around barbers for a couple years after I moved in the area. Finally found this place, got a cut done by Elon and I've never been happier. Been coming back for years for the excellent service.
Just moved and looking for a good barber. First time using Turnpike Haircutters and was very pleased with results. David did a great job and happy with results! Price was good and everyone there was very accommodating.
Messed up my beard, did not even line it up it’s all sqwiggly sqwaggly and left stubbles everywhere.
Tzion did a great job on my fade, but took way too much off the top, despite my instructions - just told me my hair would grow back... ????
Okay skills but very bad attitude!
This guys are SCAM. They have board outside which says hair cut for $20 and small note inside store which says hairs cut for $25.
Second of all, I had to let my hairs grow coz their employees don't maintaining covid norms. I prefere skin fade as hairstyle. Owner and his associates were passing jokes that "I am one of those customers who scams barbers" and few other nasty comments.
A scammer is showing me attitude! I was surprised about these guys who doesn't have shame at all.
Been coming here for over 10 years started with the father and continue now with the son. Always been professional, friendly, and amazing haircuts. Contemporary fade with a stylish touch. I used to go to the city no more! Queens is my home town. Thanks Ellan!
