It is under new management. I absolutely love this place. I brought my hubby for his first pedicure here and he wants to come every 2 weeks now. I had an ingrown toe nail and she got it out without it hurting too much. I love it
Shame on me for not waiting until my regular salon opened back up on Monday. My toes were so bad and I was being impatient. Now, they look worse then before I arrived! There was an older man that spoke zero English. He gave me my pedicure that took him about 25 min total! The gel polish is globby, uneven and all over my skin! My daughter was w me and hers is just as bad!!! Ughhhh. I paid $100 and you should’ve seen the man give me the Death stare when I didn’t tip! I would’ve demanded my money back but I assumed he would just continue to act like he didn’t speak English! DO NOT let this man perform any services for you!!!!
Mimi was so sweet and very good nail tech., lots of new gel colors to pick from. Very clean environment, nice pedi chairs. Overall a 5 star visit.
I stopped in this salon 12/20/22 based on the last review posted. Fantastic salon! Clean! The lady was super nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. I highly recommend giving this nail salon a try. So many other services offered as well!!
I used to love this place but had a bad experience a couple years ago and haven’t been back. Today I decided to give them another chance. Honestly the woman in there is so nice but the man...not at all!!! He was rude to me as soon as he found out he had to work. He was very rough when doing my pedicure. He got mad when I asked him to fixed the lines on my French mani. He said he would but just acted like he was. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Worst place in greenfield. He will be the ultimate downfall of that business. I will not be giving them another chance. Horrible.
TT nails is under new owners and this place is even more awesome now! They remodeled the inside and have all new chairs and sooo many more colors! They are happy to accommodate the ladies to feel beautiful. Plus they are super affordable for the great work they do. Go check them out !
I was very annoyed when leaving here..I didn't like the older man- I believe he's the owners husband. He gave me dirty looks and glared at me the whole time. I didn't mind that he didn't speak to me at all, not event that he didn't say hello. He did ask what I wanted but was very rough in his work. He even snatched my hand and pushed it away- again roughly. The owner is very kind and sweet and made my mom and I feel welcomed in her business. I tried to be very kind to him and say "please" or "thank you" when I asked him to fix or change something and he looked at me like anything i asked for or pointed out was too much of an issue for him to look at. His wife did ask to make sure I got what I wanted but either way my nails turned out too thick, not in the correct shape (coffin), and my middle nail is crooked. I only left a tip because the woman was so kind to my mother. I will not come back though because he was not pleasing to be around and the work didn't turn out good. If you're gonna have an attitude with me you better make sure your work is A1 because I can always go somewhere else-- you however just lost out on business. Your problem.
Very sad. I remember much cleaner place 6 yrs ago. He didn't wear a mask while he did my pedicure. So sorry but will not return or recommend.
