Food absolutely amazing as always. 2 stars only for the rudeness of the lady at the till. Seems to not really care. Didn't make us feel welcome and we found her really rude. She was also rude to a delivery driver who came to pick up the food. She really let down the whole experience for us. Food however 10/10.

Think it's time to emply better staff to be taking orders. As that type of service doesn't make us want to return. Especially since we travelled from Rugby, 53mins!

the food is delicious and hot and the flavours are amazing. my only gripe is they’re so stingy with the sauces on their food. the mac and cheese sauce is incredible but they give so little like they’re scared of running out? same for the chicken. the sauce they coat it in is so nice but it’s just not enough please add more!!!!

I love Trapkitchen and the amount of times I’ve eaten from this branch, I couldn’t count on my fingers to be honest haha. Recently they’ve been out of stock of crab for a while which is my favourite however they’ve just got crab back in stock but I wouldn’t say the crab was as good as it used to be. I feel like the texture of the meat isn’t as sweet and soft as usual. Found the meat to be almost stringy so was a bit sad. However the mac and cheese is PHENOMENAL and don’t get me started on the prawns and corn! I’ve had the waffles too and they’re lush. The trap juice is very sweet but it’s quite nice so a sip now and then is refreshing :) 9/10!

I'm not pleased with the food I was delivered today. I am not sure why you take your customers for granted just because its dinner time and no one will chase you for what you just gave. If I am playing £35 on the bilI should be presented with the least thing is QUALITY!! Your BANG BANG SHRIMPS were called that way because they are supposed to be presented with a sauce and a banging taste however I got fried shrimp where I can get in any other shop in a better quality and better price. I ordered the whole thing just because of the bang bang shrimps and I stayed with no dinner because my mood changed and I didn't wanna eat anymore. Being fooled is not smth you want your customer to feel especially when you think you are acting smart. Eating for some pple is not just spending money and eat and that's it

Hello.. just a short message complimenting your team in the restaurant today. I had an issue with my food and spoke to a lovely lady called Esther, she answered the phone immediately and help clarify my issues straight away. I just wanted to say thankyou to the manager on shift too.. I understand that working in the food industry is stressful and I didn't wanna bother anyone. Top marks to them both today. Esther is an asset ????????????????❤️

Props to the chef who cooked the food tonight (4.9.22), the food was fresh and full of flavour! My only critique would be add to flavour/spice to the lobster as it was slightly bland. Besides that, everything else was amazing.
