The speed of service was great. The guy was so rough with my feet he had my toes bleeding. I could barely walk for 2 days because my toes had sores. I will never go back.
They where good , price is good , and I left my teenage daughter there for 15 mins and her friend they where nice to them and did what they wanted . Alot of these places take advantage of kids if there by themselves, and have attitudes with them just bcuz there young and I see the employees arent doing there own ratings on this one so I'm glad I went with my gut and went here . I'll take friendly over false reviews anyday.
I would recommend TQ Nails to all my friends and family because I had an excellent experience while I was there.
My daughter went and had her nails done on a Tuesday. She had her nails painted white, by Friday her nails were discolored and looked horrible. We go back and ask them to fix the nails. We were told initially that it was not their problem when the nails discolor. Needless to say we will never use this facility again. I would recommend getting your nails done anywhere but here! I would have posted photos but she had already remove the polish before I can get a pic. She was also extremely rough with her fingers and made two of them bleed. We normally don’t complain! But the service here is horrible. Don’t really know how they stay in business.
They actually have hot water and towels. Go the extra mile to get your feet looking great. Anytime I mess up my eyebrows or somebody else does I come to tq for assistance.

Just left the salon and let me just say that I was the only customer in there and they were rushing to get my nails done and when my toes and hands were “finished” they looked TERRIBLE! I politely asked them to please fix what was wrong with them and both ladies who worked on me were shocked as to why I was asking them to fix my toes and nails when it was VERY OBVIOUS! (Polish all over my skin and not to mention bubbles made from the gel polish) They were very rough as other reviews previously stated. I had not visited in 6 years and am very disappointed at the service and quality. The prices are OK, but definitely not worth “saving” extra money for poor quality work! I will not be returning to this poor staffed establishment.
