Local business with big box store prices is the best way to describe this store! My family loves Toy Town! First off, they let you play with toys and games in the store so that you can see what you and your family likes most. Second, they have some of the best game and toy selection I have ever seen. Third, their employees are super friendly and show you how to use the toys and play with the games. Finally, I am a budget shopper and pay close attention to prices. By and large, Toy Town meeet or even beat big box store prices when it comes to toys, games, and hobbies. So happy to have this store in Twin!

One of the best you stores I have ever visited in the US! The selection of toys here are what today's give need to thrive intellectually and simply have fun. I will definitely visit again. The prices are awesome and the staff are very very helpful and obviously love what they do. I visited from Mobile, Al. A must visit for all ages infant to 101yrs old.

Visited this past Saturday, guy working upstairs was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Didn’t even feel the need to acknowledge us and acted like we were imposing on his space. Two young boys downstairs were about the only professional staff there. Friendly and helpful, had all the answers to our questions. Didn’t catch any names, no name tags that we saw. But the only reason we left two stars. Did like that they have products out on display to try though, was helpful.

One of the boys was showing us some new things they had in along the counter and a taller girl worker (manager?) felt the need to yell across the store at him that “Rose didn’t want him near the counter and he wasn’t doing what he was suppose to” felt rude and unprofessional. Don’t know why it wasn’t something that could’ve been addressed privately and He was the only one that actually helped us find the product we were looking for. Felt like poor management on her part and made us feel awkward as customers.

Same girl was extremely pushy and constantly lecturing us on products we weren’t interested in. I can appreciate attentiveness and customer service but we couldn’t even catch a minute to browse without her breathing down our neck, felt like a sad grab to push overpriced product. I’m guessing it’s commission motivated, yet bordline harassful for customers. If you’ve ever walked a car lot with an eager salesman it’s a similar feeling. It’s a shame because they do have a great and unique selection of toys if you’re left alone for more than five seconds to explore.

Toy selection is amazing, however sales representatives are all over you the whole time, some people might like that, I don't. We were inside the store for maybe 20 minutes and the lady walked up to us to drag my husband off to look at something 5 different times. He's too nice to tell them to back off. We started speaking in whispers and sneaking around to try to avoid her. The only time we had some peace was when we went to check out. Then, of course we couldn't find anyone. After a few minutes I pushed the front door open so the bell went off and then the lady came running up to pounce on her next victim and rang us out.

Staff is awesome! They engaged my grandchildren with lots of new games, activators and really cool Mystix my granddaughter will be getting for Christmas ????

Best toy store in the whole area. Reminded me a little bit of FAOSwartz in the old days.

What a great little toy store! First time in there for me, it's packed with great stuff and the girl working at the counter was so kind and helpful. This week definitely be the place I purchase Gift Cards for my Grandkids going forward so they can enjoy going to a "Toy Store" and pick out fun gifts with great staff. Thank you
