I am giving 5 stars to Tammy, at Touché Nails, who has consistently been very professional and skilled in dip nails. My nails are natural, long, and very thin, and Tammy always treats them very delicately, which means a lot to me when I have had past experiences where nail techs break my nails from being too rough. Tammy moves very quickly and does not waste time (which is much appreciated) yet is very detailed in her work. I am very picky when it comes to filing and shaping nails, yet she continues to impress me with her near perfect skills. Tammy is outstanding at what she does, and I hope others have the pleasure of experiencing her great work.
I went for a pedicure and to get a full set done for my cousins sweet 16 event and they completely destroyed my cuticles and the nail design wasn’t even close to what I showed them I wanted. My toes looked like they were painted by a toddler and they were messy and chunky. I went back to get a refund after multiple of my nails fell off the same day I got them done and they were told by the owner to return me back 50% of what I paid ($124) which would have been 62 dollars. They gave me 30 dollars back and after I told them that was incorrect they proceeded to tell me to leave. I will not be returning back to this salon again which is very sad because in the past I had never had any issues with them.
I went to get my acrylics filled at this salon. The nail tech was friendly but my nails are the worst set I’ve ever had. My polish is lumpy and streaky. The acrylic was not applied properly and my designs look nothing like they are supposed. And on top of all of that this service was $55 when at my normal nail salon I get charged $38 and they do a beautiful job. I do not recommend going to this salon for acrylics.
Julie did my nails and I will go to her from now on! The salon was clean, beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. My manicure looks great and I was so happy that they did a full manicure before putting the gel polish on. So many nail salons skip the manicure these days to save time even if you want it. Julie made sure that everything was perfect and I am so happy! Best experience I've had at any nail salon in Front Royal and I won't be going anywhere else!
Very comfortable and staff was amazing, didn’t know exactly what I wanted but was treated like family, they were patient with me and was an excellent experience. They did a fantastic job with my dip. Absolutely love my nails when they were done at Touché Nails & Spa, 10/10 recommend! Employees there are very friendly and I recommend to anyone that likes to have their hands and feet done. My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once.
Touché Nails & Spa is absolutely the spot to go for amazing service. Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own. Always amazing! Come here to get my nails done every time and it's always amazing service and value. I call ahead and am able to get appointments quickly. It’s so relaxing and quiet.
I had a pedicure with Julie today and it was a great experience. She took time and I left with my feet feeling super soft. Other places I have been felt rushed but this was very relaxing. The chair was comfortable and loved the massage feature. She was friendly and made my visit enjoyable. I felt super safe because everything was clean including the salon itself, the pedicure chair and the instruments she used. I would highly recommend this place.
They exceeded my expectations! I love love my nails!!! I’ve been going here for months and they have always been so kind and wonderful to me. My nails also always look amazing. Love Touché Nails & Spa and this salon would be my new position. Staffs really friendly and warm welcoming Made a last minute appointment for a DIP manicure and it couldn't have gone better.
