I’m sure that you just go in there to get your nails done, but I go in there because a lady by the name of Sophie does mine and she is always polite young lady. I love having her to do my pedicures every three weeks Sophie has been there for a very long time and she is an awesome person as well is a great technician. Thank you, Sophie.
This place has went down since Sam & Chlöe got fired is what the new head lady stated! The staff needs more training. I use to get all of my services done here but not anymore! They are horrible!!!!!
Horrible individual lashes. Got them done and eyes were burning like she used super glue. Went back two days later to get them removed because glue clump was scratching my eyeball on the left. She cut my eyelashes to get them out. I asked her to let me see the glue she used and she lied and said it wasn't there. So after I asked her why is she lying, she showed me some glue from Korea. The glue begin to loosen and went back into my eye burning my eyes again, horribly. She told me its not a big deal. I left to finish removing the other side at home. With the glue burning my eyes so badly, I had to pull over on the side of the road until I could halfway see enough to finish the drive. When Chloe diem Tran did them, she glued my bottom eyelashes to the top ones and ripped out over half of my bottom lashes trying to peel my eyes open. My eyes were burning so badly that I couldn't see them ripped out until after I got home. Absolutely horrible service from a smart mouth person. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HER FOR THAT SERVICE SO BEWARE! I wish I would have read the posts before I went but they used to be good back in 2017. DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE NOW!!!
I will never patronize this business again, first of all it’s always nasty in there but the real kicker is a lady came in (African American) stating she was there the day before and made an appointment they told her that they wasn’t aware of it. Another lady came in(Caucasian) they waited on her immediately so if they hadn’t already started on me I would have left. The lady didn’t have an appointment because they asked her what she needed so I sat there and observed further the lady left them a 20$ tip so apparently she had been coming there before to know she was a big tipper meanwhile the lady that was there first got up and walked out she did not get smart with them or nothing but this was wrong they didn’t even care I will drive in town to go somewhere else before I go back there and yes they have roaches the pest control guy came while I was there disgusting.
THE COPS WERE CALLED ON ME because my nails wasn't done right CHLOE started my nails and I didn't like how the results came out then SAM tried to quote on quote help me but in actuality he didn't care wanted me to pay extra $40 to get my nails done right. I asked how when I've been voicing that I didn't like how my nails were looking and she continued. Then he threw his file at me and told me to do my own nails. I told him no that's why I come here and pay you guys to do my nails. When I told him just to take them off and charge me $5 to do so and give me my $40 back so I can go somewhere else and get them done he refused and told me he was calling the cops on me and he did.
I have been getting my nails done here for awhile now and I think that this is a great place to get nails done at. These are pictures of my nails recently and I'm really happy with them!
I have been going here for about 2 years & everything was fine. Then today took the cake. I was first in line to get my nails done but Chloe took 2 other people in front of me. She was doing a lady Pedicure & in the middle of it she left the lady half done to go do another lady nails who had just walked in! BS. Then my toes had 30 seconds to dry & I asked her “I’m next right” she replied yes. Another customer walks in & she said sit in my chair. I said, hold on now I’m next. She said, it won’t take long! WHAT! I will never go back again. I pay $110 plus $15 tip every time I go. Today I only got my feet done & I will never go back again! Chloe you was so wrong on so many levels! It started when you left the 1st lady! I’m ashamed the way you acted as a business owner!
Eyebrow Arch - went in to get a pedicure,and it went ok. Asked to have my eyebrows arched . I was tired, must have fallen asleep. I woke to the tech scraping near my hairline with the razor tool used for eyebrows. It left a light spot near my hairline. When asked why she scraped my face with that razor, she indicated she didn't understand what I asked her, and hid the end of the razor in her hand. This was done by a young asian lady. I never got an explanation. Her English was very good when it was time to pay, but she never looked in my face after she scrapped my face with the razor.
