Had an okay experience. Grace did my regular polish manicure. It was good until she tried to do my simple line design. Im all for someone learning but it was not a good job and I had to pay full price. $30 . For regular polish manicure

The place is really clean as it just recently opened. The actual experience of getting my nails done here was not great. I had a nail tech that was clearly not experienced in doing nail dip. He kept rushing and when he did the top coat he had to reapply twice because he wasn’t waiting long enough for it to dry before putting the hot towel. I finally spoke to the manager and he got someone to fix the mistakes (it was lumpy and clearly mishapped.) I went their initially on 3/12. It’s us now 3/22 10 days later and my nails look like I’ve had them done for three weeks. Usually my nails last a month with nail dip. But clearly they won’t last that long this time. See pics below. I would not reccomend this salon.

I have been getting my acrylics done almost every 2 weeks for 6 years. I usually get them 2 inches long, with gems, designs, ombré for only $90. I tried this salon one time because my friend wanted to get out nails done for her birthday. She wanted “gel powder pink and white” listed as $55. I wanted “acrylic pink and white” listed as $70. I confirmed the price with them a few times. The experience was very good, nice nail tech, massages throughout. When we went to pay, my friends was $70, and mine was $80. I didn’t say anything because it was for her birthday, but where did the extra charges come from? Why was hers $15 extra? I attached photos to show that what we got was nothing special. Then, less than a week after, one of my acrylics broke off, something that has NEVER happened in all my experiences. I think these people know they have high class and wealthy people coming to their salon, and try to take advantage. I would never go here again. Such a scam, for basic and average work.

Lilly rushed through both the Gel manicure and pedicure. Not to mention I waited almost 30 minutes and I had a 530pm appt. They are disorganized and idk who the owner or manager is but there was this guy that wouldn’t sit down, he just kept hovering over the girls working and the customers. When she painted my nails she didn’t go all the way to the end so now my nails look like I’ve had them done for 3 weeks. $80 only to look like this. No thanks.

I have been to this nail salon on several occasions, twice for a fill and once for a pedicure. Prices may seem high, but it is worth it. I always love my nails. Jenny is wonderful. She always makes sure I am happy with everything; shape of nails, colors, designs. The overall atmosphere is calming. I love that they just let you be, no unnecessary small talk for those of us who prefer to just relax and soak up the experience. Nails pictured were 70 total. Not inexpensive by any means but the quality is superior to my last 2 salons. Worth it.

First and last visit. The pedicure was great and is the reason I didn’t give 1-star. Dip powder not so much. The person they had doing it clearly wasn’t familiar with the process and was using the wrong products. She did all 10 fingers and they were gooey and had to be removed. The second time they hardened but they are so thick and unnatural looking. I was so disappointed but paid and left just knowing to never return again.

Yuki was the best and fastest with my gel fill. Number 44 for the natural color!

The salon is very clean and the hours are convenient. My original nail technician was Gigi and she was absolutely wonderful. She was experienced kind and skillfully creative. Sometimes I would only pick the colors and she would do the design and I was never disappointed.

When she left I tried two other technicians and I ended up going natural because the level of craftsmanship was never the same. Not to mention they could be rudely dismissive. The prices were a little higher but Gigi was worth it. Today is my first time back in a while only for a pedicure. The lady was nice enough but not as skilled. I will continue to look for another salon. Until I find one I will stick to pedicures when absolutely needed.

Today
