He was nice, in fact they were all sweet but this is not a glitter affect. It’s cloudy and I wanted solid red like it shows on the artificial display.
A lady kept standing over me watching as if she knew he would mess up. That’s how I felt. She was sweet but it was like she was shadowing him. Either he is new or losing his touch. I’d give them 5 stars on how sweet they are, but a 2 for the job done. It took a long time as well.The lady that sat next to me had beautiful nails when she came in. I might have had a better experience with the female nail tech instead. I’ll never go back. Looks like an ash over my nails.
Great attitudes but the nails are a no-go.
Went to ESSIE NAIL & SPA- They took them off and redid them for me! This is what I wanted. The round ones are the new set and I love them!???? RED!!
Karen did an AMAZING job!! I told her that I wanted something for Halloween but nothing to kiddy like because Halloween is also my anniversary. She hooked me up! I absolutely love my nails and I know my husband will also.
All I know is I was in love with my birthday nails. Te did that!!! Her price range was really nice for what I wanted. She totally nailed it, ????????
I booked an appointment at 6. Rude owner told me to come at 6:30. I get there at 6:30 only 2 people are working and she told me I’ll be next. Wait an hour ask her should I just come back in the morning, she says no she’s almost done she can get me. long story short it I didn’t leave till 9:45 I only got a Gel Pedicure (she was being rough with my feet and throwing her products down aggressively) I politely asked her can she be more careful and that she’s hurting me and she just ignored me. Also, when it was time to pay she snatched my card out my hand! Cindy is low on staff and very irritable with any customers concerns on there hands/feet. This place is very horrible I would not recommend.
I went to the nail shop Saturday they took all day to do my feet. The guy was about to do my nails and once I realized the time I told them I would have to come back. They lady tells me next time you make appointment. Its not my fault y’all took all day. My feet are cut so bad underneath my toes from the pedicure I can barley walk both feet hurt so bad! I will never ever ever go back!!

Don't waste your time with these people, because evidently customers are a waste of time for them!
My friend and I made 4pm appointments for the works. A full staff should be able to handle their appointments, and any walk ins before closing at 7, but no... we didn't finish up untill 8:30. Women were done way before us that walked in after, they left us sitting in the pedi chairs forever, and get this...the chick at the register yelled at me, cussed at us, and threw a tantrum over a credit card fee that I refused to pay when I caught her charging a different amount to my card than she quoted!
