Candy and Hanh both do amazing work. I can just bring a picture of what I want, and Hanh replicates it each time. She's super fast even though she's texting the entire time you're there. The two stars are for them. The pedicure is underwhelming and nothing special. If you come towards the end of the night, do not expect to get any designs, especially from the guy who works at the first chair by the door. He doesn't even do an extra coat. I used to love this place, but unfortunately he has ruined it for me bc he didn't think I could understand his language, but I did. Hope that joke at my expense was worth it for you, lo dit!

Omg, I love my nails…I ve been coming here for 4 months..and the service is always great.

First and last visit. The young guy that did my pedicure and full set had an attitude the entire visit. My sister and I kindly asked if he was having a bad day. He replied no and continued to treat me as if I was wasting his time. It’s unfortunate to pay for spa services and be treated poorly. We spent $180.00 today. The nail art requested was completed perfectly however I will not be returning. Customer service is extremely important to me. I would never make a customer feel like you do want them there or don’t feel like serving them. Especially on a slow Monday afternoon. I hope the customer care improves here.

This is my regular nail salon it is close to home and convenient. You never know what you’re going to get at this location one day they will take their time on you the next they were rush you out of the door. Today I play musical chairs. I needed a manicure and pedicure and already had gel on both. I don’t like the fact that they charge to take the old gel polish off which I thought normally if you got it done at that location they will remove it for free if you’re getting it redone but I guess not. I walk in with no wait time, a few minutes later a gentleman walks in and they tell me I have to wait because one of the Techs Doesn’t or can’t work on men. After my pedicure the person places me with a young lady seemed as if she is new or still in training because she was very timid and slow and calculating every move she made and she didn’t look confident when I expressed I wanted French nail. I understand everyone has to learn but today was not the day. Oh and I was nicked/cut (blood) on a toe and a finger each person that worked on me cut me and they still charged me regular price I will be doing my research to try to find a new location.

Always love this place I got Kim today she was OK just a Lil rough.

Antonio is awesome that's who I usually get but he wasn't available.

Just had wonderful experience as a first time customer. Ms. Gina did an excellent job and she was super fast!

Went on Thursday morning got nails done by the evening my middle finger had the polish falling off..they were closed. Went back Friday morning to get the gel on ONE nail polished….. after 30 min of watching others being helped and three people that arrived after me be seated I left. So disappointed with the oh well someone else will fill her spot attitude. Will NEVER go back. Customer Service was horrible and they are normally better than that!
