This is my go to place to get my eyebrows done. Been coming here for years she always does them just right not too thin! and I love that no matter how long it has been she always recognizes me! Customer for life!

My nails turned out so pretty Tien asked if she could free style on two of my nails and I agreed and they’re so pretty. Amazing quality and costumer service!

I took my daughter here for a Princess Mani Pedi today and they did the worst possible job. How do you make someone ashy giving them a pedi and think it is OK to leave them that way. I had to request anything beyond them wetting and drying her feet. They cut her nails unevenly and tried to hide it with polish. They got polish on her skin on almost every nail and said her nails were too small for them to clean them up at all. They said the princess manicure for children under 7 didn't include 3 or 4 yr olds, despite them asking her age and not mentioning that prior to servicing her. They were incompetent at best so I declined getting service for myself. They kept trying to explain away the shortcuts and missteps, and blamed my daughter who was as still as possible, considering they didn't have chairs or equipment for smaller clients. I should have trusted my instincts when 3 customers came in one after another with complaints. Paid full price for piss poor service, and will never come back.

A disappointment to say the least. Can't even get a basic manicure right. Nails were not filed down evenly. No lotion applied to hands or basic hand massage with manicure. Poor nail polish application with bubbles when dried.

The young lady was texting on her phone the entire time since I walked in the door & the whole time she was working on my nails. The whole place was dusty & uncamped looking with a strong chemical odor that I had to go sit outside in the car while waiting for my friend to get done. Don't waste your money & time here.

It has been abt a week since I got my mani. When I walked out the polish on my thumb was already peeling as shown below. I told the owner about the polish peeling and she stated it was my nail and nothing was wrong. The other nails are peeling and usually gel mani’s last me about three weeks. I also got a regular polish for pedi that was ok but the nail techs share their tools and don’t sanitize.

Service use to be great.. now they are using low grade product.. Gel polish is not supposed to peel or wear the last two times I've gone this is the result after about a week. My biggest complaint is the price is always higher the next time you come in., for the same service. I'm going to shop around for a new salon.

This place is hands down one of the best places for getting my claws done! Justin was the tech who took care of me and he was so professional, poised, yet hilarious and fun! He really knows what he is doing! He was very careful not to hurt me and was always attentative.

Stopped in this lovely shop so my cousin could get a pedicure. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They made me want to get a pedicure even though I just did one last week. My cousin appeared relaxed and the tech did a beautiful job on her toes. I’ve read several negative reviews and that was not our experience. I have no doubt that if there was something my cousin didn’t like the tech would have fixed it immediately. A must stop in Benton Harbor if you want some pampering.
