Only 2 people work there and a helper. Instead of letting the helper finish his client which was an Asia person the manager decided she was going to do her. Knowing 1 workers only do feet and helper do nail polish. I wanted sns done. Had to wait 1 hour and half after soaking off nails
I tried to give them another chance, after witnessing how they treated a dissatisfied customer last week. The guy that did my pedicure is outstanding. However, last time they proceeded to do my manicure, while I was in the pedicure chair. It was very rushed, cramped and three of my nails needed repaired. They don’t know I understand what they are saying. Today, they talked me into a scrub treatment. She waited till my pedicure was almost over, to bring out the small packet. Not worth the extra $10. When I told her I don’t want it, she walked away saying, “Cheap people!” in her native tongue. This will be my last visit. If my fingernails weren’t so chipped, I would bypass the manicure. Also, it’s a safety hazard, to put the gel hardener machine on the pedicure ledge, by the water. I asked that they empty the water first! Also one of the employees rinsed off blue towels in the pedicure water basin; then she had a client put her feet in the basin. That was so nasty.
UPDATE: The unprofessional manager tried to use a drill to take off my nail polish. I told her no drill, I’m trying to harden my own nails. So I did not get a manicure, but I still tipped the guy who did my feet. Once again she made a comment and when I spoke back to her in her language, she tried to apologize. One of the customers was like wow, you know what she said?! Then I told her yes, she was talking about you too with another employee (about her feet).
Worst full set I have ever received in my life. Looked like a child was the nail tech. Also, 2 days later, 2 nails popped off just like I had on press on nails. AWFUL JOB...Will never return to this shop.
I have been searching all over 30236 for a nail salon that would listen, pay attention to detail, do proper cleaning and actually help me relax in the process. This place checks all those boxes. Only complaint is the colors dont always come out like the sample you select be careful when choosing your color. However the massage and orange mandarin foot scrub left my feet feeling amazing! I will for sure be back!
This place is a horrible gross mess. I am considering calling the heath department on them. The male nail tech was extremely rude after i called him out on not giving me the service that i asked for. He tried to make me pay before he polished my toes because he claimed that I might leave before paying. I was insulted, keep in mind that the service was 17.00.
I refused to pay first because no one else was paying first. He called the cops. The female nail tech came to me and said that she would finish the service for me. When she finished I paid her with my card. The place is absolutely dirty. The equipment is outdated. The spa chairs are ragged and or none functioning. They use a small space heater for you to dry your toenails after a pedi (took pics) and there are also little hand dryers are on the floor for you to dry your toes as welll... smh. It's a hot nasty mess.
I went there for the first time because I was in the neighborhood. Needless to say I was flat angry and disappointed in both the service and the lack of professionalism. I have had multiple experiences but this place was the worst. She literally half did my pedicure because she was trying to get more customers in. Meaning there were 3 other people in the shop which one left and came back granted there were only two technicians. She finished my feet and put some oil on my legs and pull my pant legs down and when I asked her why she said I didn’t want the it(lotions and massage) which was a lie. Bottom line up front she rushed me, my aunts and my cousin to get the other money. The best part is she tried to charge me full price. I have never in my experiences with a nail shop go through this kind unprofessional behavior and she is a liar pretty much told me I said I didn’t want it! Anyway I am warning you about this place because I am quite sure it’s not the first time she has cheated someone and over charged them. I reported her to the BBB places like this need to be shut down everyone is experiencing hardship due to the pandemic but it doesn’t give her the right to provide inadequate services or rip people off!
the main lady kept burning me with her filer, having an attitude speaking her native language and was being rough. they only had two people there and i showed her a picture i wanted and she didn’t give me what i ask and kept changing the price. 0/10 hopefully closes soon
Horrible....they cant shape nails, I told the lady doing my nails that shape of the nails was not consistent and could she fix them she caught a attitude......I paid but I will never go back!!
