I love Top Nails in Joliet. All of the nail techs Iv sat with are great, but Vivian is my girl. She does a really good job. I let her pick my designs no worries.

My first time here, a new full set acrilic almond nails, excellent service and price, I'll be back for sure.

I have never walked out in the middle of a nail experience even under the worst of circumstances. But I have never had a worse time than I did here. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful, they messed up my nails to the point where I left before I even let them file the other hand. It's very clear that they have no consideration for their customers and want to argue with them instead of listening to what they want. I was repeatedly told what I wanted wasn't possible even though I came in with that exact specific manicure. I had nails well over my fingertips that I asked to keep pointy but that they could cut back a little and instead he decided to cut them all the way down and I was told that it was my fault. Never again so much for me trying to save time! I didn't even let them finish filing the other hand because none of the nails on the right hand were even

Went in to get a fullset and have my tips taken off the lady that was helping me decide to go do someone else's nails and she told someone else to do mine and he didn't want to do them. So I ended up just getting a manicure. It was horrible service

The lady that was pregnant who did my pedicure she continuously hit my leg to tell me to get a higer service of pedicure. I told her no i dont want that and then i Told her I want a regular Polish she kept insisting that I get gel when I told her I did not want at all. Everyone else was kind and nice except for that lady she was rude and disrespectful. I had paid for my service and left I will never return to That establishment again to be treated in that way.

Hannah and Smoke do the best job on my nails . Hannah does free hand art which is hard to find someone to do that kind of work on your nails and my pedicures are always amazing and good I don’t know the people’s names that do my pedicures but they are always using clean equipment they open it up in front of me and I’m always pleased I’ve been going to them for 19 years and have never been disappointed keep up the good work and the staff are friendly. Thank you

I loooooove my nails, I came in for a full set with the C-curl tips. I was assisted by Vivian, she was soooo nice & very careful. I loved everything from the shape, to the color to the nails to the design of the diamonds. I highly recommend this shop & if you’re going to book definitelyyyyy book with Vivian <3
