NEGATIVE STARS. I really wanted to give this nail salon a shot because of its convenience and price. I have been to this shop 4-5 times but not any more! Customer service IS POOR. I wholeheartedly believe that one of the workers has anger issues and is very rude. Last visit, the staff got into a domestic dispute (arguing with each other very loudly). The lady doing my nails was crying due to the hurtful words from her husband/coworker. Very uncomfortable atmosphere, but she finished the service. Today, I came back for a fill in. The man doing my nails misinterpreted how I wanted my nails (color and design). When I saw his mistake, I was not upset. I just wanted him to fix it . When I explained this to him, he got angry and said I didn't need to come back to his chair anymore. I told him to stop the service because that was a rude statement. It seemed he was frustrated over a minor inconvenience. As a paying customer, I don't deserve that treatment. and was willing to walk out. The lady from last time finished my service but I WILL NOT COME BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The pedicure was pleasant even if the employees were very impersonable. I was visiting Jackson and was told that they do great work here. The salon smells stale and needs to be updated physically.

My manicure was a harrowing experience. She butchered my cuticles and didn’t bother to smooth my nail bed from previous acrylic removal. Polish was all over my fingers. I tried to wear the polish but it looked so bad due to my nail bed not being manicured. My nails were cut unevenly and had sharp corners. I had to ask that it be removed before I left. Instead of it being removed completely and my nail beds buffed to shine, I was told to wash my hands and that it would come off????????‍♀️

They had the nerve to charge me for this!

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON!! If I can give this place zero stars I would. I came to get an acrylic full set and design and they charged me $70 just for three of my nails to come off in three days!!! Literally!!!! I didn’t get anything extra.

I only got one color and some curvy lines on my nails and the price was $70 ! I am very upset and mad I wasted $70 on nails when they are easy to come off. I haven’t done any extra using of my hands since I just got my nails done but somehow the nails still came off. Please do not go here at all .

I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE. I AM THE MOST PICKY WHEN IT COMES TO MY NAILS AND I WAS GONNA WAIT TO GO HOME AND GET THEM DONE BUT IM GLAD I DIDNT BECAUSE IM IN LOVE WITH THIS SET ! & I got in an accident so my toe nail kinda gets ingrown sometimes on the side she took care of it no problem! No pain ! They treated me amazing! Even tho they had to work past close to perfect me ???????? A+ babies !

The owner Theresa had a nasty attitude once u tell her your nails not right. I used to love going here but her atttitude is not about to get my money. Go to pro nails were there attitude is nicer, its on nrth side drive by food depot.

My 1st and last time coming to this establishment. The MANAGER Hollywood is very rude, will loudly talk over customers, and doesn't offer the correct solutions to the issue. I paid for the "new" gel/mood changing colors, which was $10 extra, after 2-3 days of the polish remaining the same color, this was the issue that was presented to the manager and all he could offer was to take off my polish and give me my $10 back. So basically I'd still be unsatisfied because I'd leave with no polish on my nails. I suggested he keep the $10 and he give me the polish I was originally supposed to obtain 3days ago. This was an ongoing discussion with him and he was rude and wasn't trying to offer a reasonable solution. The simple solution would be been simply to change the polish. I would not recommend anyone of color because he suggested that my color had something to do with it. This is coming from the manager. He is a poor piss excuse of a manager, no problems with the other employees. Don't spend ur hard earned money here, I will not be back !

The youngest son did my spa pedicure and was very disrespectful when he started to scrub the dead skin off.. as if he doesn’t know it’s going to get everywhere. When I asked if he could not comment on how “bad” my feet were (mind you I get a pedicure every Friday so they weren’t bad), he started to rush and wouldn’t fix the polish he messed up on all of my toes!!

The manager of this salon is so unprofessional & rude! I have never inquired about a discount or stated that I did not want to pay for my services but he is quick to get an attitude with you for something that they have done wrong. His son also! I had to remind him that I requested a certain color & he gave me another color that I did not request. When people spending their money that they work hard for they want the best service with no smart remarks to go with it!
