让他按照图一烫的头，不说一模一样，起码是驴唇马嘴了。图一人家起码都是直的，图二我这头发跟印度发射的导弹似的布朗运动

第一次遇到这种情况：去烫头，头发左边只剪了一半，正好是烫完头发乱乱的当时也没细看，回家才发现头发两边差距十分明显。第二次去，来回开车三小时连一句道歉都没有得到，最气愤的是，明显看着两边差距那么大，竟然和我说是一样！

最后老板给免费剃掉了左侧多出的头发，但是效果依旧不尽人意。

asked for one inch and he cut off 2.5-3inches which is exactly what I asked him multiple times not to do. anyone who sees the difference in my hair now vs yesterday (pictures included) would know this is much more than 1 inch of hair cut off. it is clear. maybe the man is unaware of what an inch of hair is but I showed him a picture and it turned out nothing like the picture either. asked to keep it long and throughout the haircut kept verifying and he just told me "not to worry". this was a very bad experience.

I think this place is overrated. I had my hair straightened in Feburary. I wouldn't say it was bad because I had a good time chatting with the stylist who did my hair. But he wasn't super careful in drying my hair and I got burnt twice when the hot hair dryer stayed at the same spot on my head for too long. I told him it was hot but he did it again anyway. And he told me he has been in this business for 10+ years.

What bothers me most is after two months, the part he straightened is wavy now. This did not happen before. I usually have my hair straightened once a year and the straightening lasted at least 6 months. I did my hair twice at Juno Hair before and they did a better job at a much lower price (80 dollars lower).

I had so much hope for this salon since we are all Chinese and it's easier to communicate. But they charged me so much more without doing a decent job. I'm very disappointed.
