I went here to get my lashes filled. The lady that usually does them was on vacation, but the lady that ended up doing my fill INSISTED she knew how to do lashes. She in fact did not know how to do lashes and I'm pretty sure she's not even licensed to do them. I could tell she didn't know what she was doing the second I laid on the table but I'm nice (unfortunately) and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She botched them so bad that I left with less lashes on my eyes than I had previous to my fill. Both of my eyes were basically glued shut when she was done. I was super irritated that she even had me pay. She knows damn well she shouldn't have charged me lol. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a salon.

I stopped by today to have my acrylics removed and for a quick polish. The lady who helped me did a great job and was gentle too. I’m not from Massachusetts but I’d be happy to return here if I lived nearby.

My girlfriend went here and they were extremely unprofessional, they forced her to leave a 20 tip on top of a $35 pedicure by holding on to her card until she “went to the atm” and got it.

Her nails were also very sloppily done and rushed. As most of you should know, tips are optional and given in response to good or exceptional service, this was neither.

Absolutely disgusting behavior. Do not go here.

Diane always does such an amazing job. My fiancé loves going to her to get her nails done. Never have had a bad experience there.

I love coming here. The owner is sweet, the salon plays great relaxing music, the quality of work is top notch, what’s not to love? Highly recommend!!! I got my nautical nails done there today and I absolutely love them!
