I use to like this shop. But the last few times I've came here the ladies have become rude!! When I walked in the guy in the front asks what service I wanted. I said a fill and pedicure. He sits me in a chair, and as I sit there's a nice gentleman sitting there waiting to do my nails. I asked for water for my feet but was told had to wait on the lady. Three other ladies walk in and they admittedly serviced. I asked what happened to my feet? I was told after they finished with the other ladies who walked in after me. What??? No Sir.... Won't be getting my money!!! Too many nail shop to have to deal with bad service and nasty attitudes. Sonny who did my nails did an excellent job and did his best to make me feel comfortable and apologized for his rude co workers.
Although it wasn't your fault Sonny I won't be back!!! These are the ladies who were very rude and unprofessional picture.
This Nail place isn't what it usto be one person can really do nails(16) All the other woman want to design your nails how they want and don't respect the person's taste who's paying for the work & catch additude when calling out the mistakes they do & also do the work fast and sloppy to get more ppl in I also got a pedi & my feet itch because they used a cheese grinder for dead skin I was shook. Never Again!!!
The “manager” hung up on me after I demanded my $10 back. Never going there again and sticking to a nail shop close to my home. I gave him exactly $35 and he’s saying I only gave him $25. 0 stars if I could
My mom & i came here just for a gel removal, it was super quick but we noticed they don’t sterilize anything. When the lady went to get the drill machine, it was behind one of the massage chairs on the floor.The same drill that was used for my mom was used on me as well. None of the workers change their gloves after rubbing oil on peoples feet. Everything looks rushed in there.
Horrible worker. Peter was the only one who did good nails and now he is gone smh the gossip and poor work is too much, not going anymore
omg I walked because it was an emergency had to get my pedi done quick. omg so dirty in here so ghetto. I couldn't believe it. they use buckets to do your pedi horrible. the floor is soooo dirty. DO NOT COME HERE!

Got a gel pedicure & manicure $57, worst mani pedi ever not because of the price just the way my nails looked and they took about a hour and a half.
