The main lady who handles the customers , asking what they need, answers the phone) is most likely the manager. She did my nails and was rude from the beginning.
1. She lied about how much time it would take to assist me. She said, "Right now." And I waited 32 mins to get helped.(I put my stopwatch on)
2. Had an attitude the entire time she's doing my nails and was so forceful. She was not careful at all.
3. I told her I didn't like the color I chose, so I had to check the books again, and she literally said I told you to check for the color you wanted ?
That is so disrespectful and rude.
Ladies! Remember, they are here for OUR business! Take your business elsewhere!
I made it simple for her and didn't get color or design like I wanted to because she made it a big deal.
Giving them 2 stars because the other lady that worked on my friend was so kind and gentle.
If you would of asked me before yesterday I would say this place is great. I've been coming since I was in jr high.
How ever yesterday I went In to get my nails done and I was place with a man who did gel acrylics in 30 minutes they looked fine but I got home and lost a nail not even 6 hours after. Today not even 24 hours later I have lost 4 nails and three more are barely hanging on.
My mother and sister got acrylics done and took over an hour and half, the two ladies did a wonderful job, they are having no issues with their nails.
That's definitely issue if I'm having a discrepancy of service.
I called to see if they would fix it and they would only allow me to be with the guy who did them, to get them fixed. I don't want this why would I? I spent 40$ to not even have my nails last a day, and they want me to let the guy do it again?
Will I be going back? Sad to say after 10 years I will not be going back. I'm so sad and upset I will have to find a new local nail salon.

I would give zero stars If I could worst customer service ever. They don’t acknowledge you when coming in. Worst wait times & have you come back next day. To finish off manicures & pedicure don’t even last.
We called and made an appointment for 3 pedicures
We show up on time. They had us pick a color. This place is jammed pack. We sat and waited. 30 minutes later, 2 of us were seated. I waited so my daughters could go first. 1:15 and I am beyond irritated. In the mean time they continue to take calls for appointments....Why???? I don't appreciate that they don't value others time. I will not go back. My daughters were happy with their package.
I frequent this place because I love their spa pedicure. Some of the manicurist are a bit older and tend to be kind of lazy. I usually get amazing pedicures with a 15 minute massage. It is the most expensive package but it is worth it for my feet!!! A couple of observations I have made. They do horrible with scheduling. I saw them tell so many people to come back but did not write their names down. They were not organized. .I picked a color which was way too light once they applied it. I told them it didn't look like the color on the sample and asked if I could change the color. They ended up just putting another color on top and refused to take it off. The second color was lumpy and did not come out good. I was so tired at that point I just let it be.
This place rocks! I brought my daughter(3yo) and my wife here for manicures and pedicures. They have a kids chair and they are very patient with kids. I would definitely recommend this Tip Top to anyone looking to get their nails done.
I had a full set of powder acrylics on and had completely broke my pinky nail to the point where my actual nail was also cracked off. This spot is the closest to me, and I had called right at open on a Weekday, no answer. It’s about a three minute drive so I drove over and went in to maybe 2 chairs occupied with a few people staggering in the back. I had asked for a nail to be fixed or just to take them all off. The lady who ended up just shouting from the back in response asked if I was planning on getting another set. No, I replied, I just broke it and it’s hurting so anything to just get them off. She then said no. Just, no. So FYI, the people working here don’t care about you, or your nails. Bottom line is just whatever is worth their time. Do not waste your time or risk your nails here.
