My mom and I went last Friday afternoon. Everyone is extremely kind and great at creating conversation and a welcoming atmosphere! They take their time to make sure your nails are done exactly how you want them, even when they are busy. It is well worth the drive from Rogersville, and we will be back frequently!!
I had an absolutely marvelous experience here at Tip Top Nails. I scheduled an appointment for a mani pedi about a week beforehand and came in on time and they got me seated right away. I got my toes done first I payed for the top package I wanna say it was $45? Maybe $35 and it included a hot rock message, scrubs, and I wanna say lotions that made my feet and calves really soft. The lady who did my toes was very meticulous and thoughtful, she took her time and made sure I got what I wanted. The woman who did my fingernails was also very careful and thoughtful; she made sure she got the lines straight and even suggested a sparkly addition to my nails which was THE BEST suggestion anyone could have made. They turned out perfect! I asked her to go over some things and she did for me no problem! I will definitely be coming back in a couple weeks to get my nails redone.
I almost forgot to mention that I told her I wanted a new set of nails (my old fake ones to come off) and she said they were still good and suggested I keep them to save me some money. Not many people are like that! I thought it was so genuine of her. In addition, I told her the reason why I wanted new ones was because my real nails were growing out underneath and the buildup was bothering me and she took the grinder to them and fixed that issue for me! I don't know many people who would do that without being asked to. Lastly, she noticed me trying to scrape something off one of my nails and she knew just what to do - she took the nail buffer and buffed that part out for me, once again: without being asked. Honestly she was such a sweetheart and I couldn't have had a better experience.
I love my nails! When I walked in I got immediate service. Everyone was so nice and the place had a nice calm atmosphere. I would definitely go back and recommend to any and everyone.

This is my most favorite place to drive an hour to, just to have a sit with Nancy. She rocks at whatever you ask her to do! Show pictures and be specific on what you like! If she had suggestions she’ll throw them out there, because that’s her job! These people are nothing but kind, and I always enjoy my visit with them!
Absolutely WONDERFUL service! Beautiful work, good conversation, and they treated my husband to a massage in the pedicure chairs while he waited for me. Extremely pleased!
My daughter and I were out for the day. We decided to take a chance at Tip Top nails. We are super happy we did and will definitely be returning soon. They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. We waited maybe 5 minutes. With only 3 worker in this shop, they were full. They are very friendly and efficient. They did a great job on both sets of nails and charge great prices. I highly recommend to anyone.
